How about making the MX mouse keyboard shortcuts functional? This sucks

Awful
This has to be one of the worst designed applications of all time. First of all, why do I need to set up my Buttons for EVERY application? Why is it not covered by the global settings? Second of all, if this is necessary for to me unknown reasons, why is there no possibility to select ALL applications at once and then chose which button does which thing? Why do i have to choose every app seperately? You have to be kidding me.
The old app for configuring logitech devices (mice) was much better.1 vote -

Hello,
I own multiple Logitech devices, two combo kits and three mouse.
Last one purchased Logitech Slim Combi MK470 is a **** product!!!!!!
Keyboard have a huge delay while using even I am 1.5 (one point five meter) from PC.
I have replaced batteries reset uninstall Receiver but nothing works.
I have tried to speak with someone agents from support but there is only bots there.
THIS IS MY LAST TIME WHILE I AM USING ANY LOGITECH PRODUCTS!!!!!!!THIS IS A **** COMPANY WITH GARBAGE PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ease of use
Tech has gone the path of making it more difficult to add or change devices. Load and app for Logi marketing is abusive. The hardware DID NOT work and going back to where purchased and will share all I know to those I know. LOGI once was trusted, not so much any more.

Con las recientes actualizaciones, creo que coincidiendo con el cambio a esta nueva aplicación de gestión de los dispositivos, veo un cambio bastante molesto:
Ahora al configurar en una tecla/gesto la opción de "maximizar ventana" hace eso exclusivamente, mientras que antes si la ventana ya estaba a tamaño completo la pasaba al tamaño no completo. Según la ventana esto es "minimizar tamaño" (en navegaodres), "restaurar" (en lectores de pdf)... es decir, era equivalente a pulsar el botón central de los tres típicos situados en la parte superior derecha de casi cualquier ventana (imagen adjunta).

软件过于臃肿，在mac中表现为好多个软件，以及后台运行时的高运行内存占用，如果不小心用清理软件清除一些残留数据，options+会直接打不开，并且固件升级工具还不支持master3s，希望可以有所改进！

SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE
I have been trying to contact Support for weeks now. The Chat robot keeps going into an infinite loop where it wants to ID my product. I answer all the questions and it loops right back to the start of that process. I try calling support. Go thorough all the menus and after "We'll transfer you to one of our agents", the call just sits there and no one ever answers. For hours. My MX keyboard has a defect. What the heck am I supposed to do??? IF you are no longer offering support, just say so. I'm REALLY ticked…

SmartSwitch keeps turning off for Application Override
I have an application override set to change the horizontal scroll speed when using edge. However it keeps also disabling SmartSwitch for no reason meaning that I regularly need to re-open Options+ to correct this. It saves for while but then seems to forget this after a few hours.

Option DPI
Bonjour, j'ai récemment acheté une souris Ergonimique Lift pour son design et mon envie de tester ce genre de souris, cependant un choix me chagrine particulierement.
Je comprend que la clientele cible pour ce genre de souris n'est pas forcement pour les utilisateurs avisés d'ordinateur/informatique, etc, mais ne pas pouvoir "modifier" les DPI m'embête grandement.
Certes, on peut modifier la vitesse de la sourie avec le "%", mais combien 1% vaut en DPI ? Aucune idée.
J'aurai aimé donc pouvoir voir quel DPI j'applique plutôt que voir quel % de la vitesse du curseur j'applique. Peut être ajouter un parametre…

MX master 3 not working with Logi option
in the latest version of macOS.
The logioptions app is not working properly.I have an MX master 3 mouse and the options that are configured in logiOptions do not work. The mouse only has the "default option".
For example: I changed the natural scrolling to standard, then I tried and it does not recognize the function I have set.
It happens to me every day, I have to restart the machine, it works for a while and then it goes back to all the default values.

Gesture + Scrolling Wheel
When you assign a shortcut to a key you can combine it with the scrolling wheel. When you assign the same shortcut to the "click" option in a gesture, it doesnt work. To make that possible would increase the number of possibilities by a lot.

Inverted Scroll not persistent when switching accounts
Inverted Scroll setting is lost when switching between accounts.
Details:
I use two accounts on Win11 and have the Scroll setting set to inverted on both using the Logi Options+ application. When I switch to the another account and back the Inverted option is lost. Workaround: open the options app and set it back to normal and then back to inverted, such that it is now inverted again.It would be nice if the inverted option was persistent

Everyday the application stays open and working for several hours, but eventually after making the application window active it will only display an all purple window with no content displayed within it. Must then close application and re-open at couple times per work-day. Please fix. Thank you.

MX Master 3 lags with MacBook Pro 2021
im using MX Master 3 via USB dongle with MacBook Pro 2021, but for some reason it keeps lagging, also when I use it via bluetooth it keeps lagging, although the device is up to date.
can you please help here?

Uninstall old Logitech Options?!
I find no instructions on how to "uninstall" Logitech Options, following my successful installation of Logi Options+. I can delete it from the Applications folder (Mac OSX 14.1.2), but are there additional pieces left?!
