3. MS teams new app missing mic/video options

   It look like Microsoft released 2 new teams clients one classic and the other that says work or school. Both of these lost the native function for unmute/mute mic and video that was default before

4. Firmware Update says device not available when it is

   Firmware update for MX Keys S, and MX Master 3 both result in an error saying Device Unavailable when the device is available.

5. MX Keys mini Tastatur wird bei Neustart des Mac nicht erkannt

   Guten Tag
   Sorry, aber Ihr Support-Bot dreht immer im Kreis herum. Viermal musste ich die Seriennummer eingeben, der Support blieb immer an den gleichen Fragen hängen: total unbrauchbar!!! Schliesslich brach ich den Bot-Support ab.
   Auf meine konkrete Frage, warum beim Neustart des Mac meine MX Keys mini Tastatur nicht erkannt wird, gab es keine Antwort.
   System: iMac von 2017 mit Intel i7-Prozessor, MacOS Ventura 13.6.3, FileVault aktiviert.
   Nach Deaktivierung des FileVault wird die Tastatur bei Neustart erkannt, ich möchte aber das FileVault aktiviert lassen. Gibt es eine funktionierende Lösung?

6. 拇指滚轮无法水平滚动

11. terrible update process

    Your latest update to logi options caused input lag. That lag continues even after updated to logi options+ I attemped to get some chat support. All i got was an AI chat bot. This is a terrible experience. And makes me regret having given Logitech a second chance,

13. M720 Scroll Direction Bug on latest MacOS app.

    "Scroll direction" works in the opposite way for M720 Triathlon on the latest Logi Options+ for Mac. It works in a "Natural" manner when you select "Standard" and works in a "Standard" manner when you select "Natural."

14. Produktinkompatibilität

    ich habe eine mx keys s gekauft, weil mx keys nicht mehr vertrieben wird. auf der packung findet sich keinerlei hinweis, dass die tastatur nicht mit unifying kompatibel ist. ehrlich gesagt erschliesst sich mir nicht, warum sie jetzt auch noch einen BOLT Dongle haben nach Unifying und zuvor dem Logitech Dongel ohne Kennzeichnung. Unifying konnte ich noch nachvollziehen, aber warum BOLT? Keine Qualitätsverbesserung!! Und warum macht man eine Tastatur nicht abwärtskompatibel? Echt, kann nicht wahr sein. Jetzt hocke ich auf einem Gerät, für das ich einen weiteren Dongle kaufen muss um die Kompatibilität wiedert zu haben mit 2 PC's. Ich finde es einfach ein Zumutung, dass ihr mit solchen Sachen erzwinbgt weitere Käufe zu tätiugen. Die Mäuse müsste ich auch ersetzen, oder einen 2. USB Port belegen mit einem Unifying Receiver. NICHT DURCHDACHT!!!! Ich werde mir in Zukunft sehr überlegen andere Produkte zu erwerben. Ich ging von einer Abwärtskompatibilität aus! Wenigstens. So verliert man Kunden, unbd zudem bin ich Mitentscheider bei Informatik-Anschaffungen bei Firmen.

17. Key settings overridding with each updayte

    I disable keys and the updates ignore my preferences. Extrtemely frustrating to be resetting these all the time. Right now my mouse works but doesnt show as connected ion the app

    MX Master 3S滚轮设置中，已经设置为【疾速模式（自由滑动）】，但是总会自动切换回【分段】模式。很麻烦，只能重新开关鼠标，或者只能打开软件重新再打开【疾速】模式。
    请尽快解决，很麻烦，这个问题也是频繁出现。

19. MX MASTER 3S - issue

    MX MASTER 3S mice have same problem every week!!?, The mouse disconnects from the device. I get an error sign in the Logitech program, and I have to turn the mouse off and on again. This happens almost every week.
