3. Software keeps crashing.

   Your new update frequently crashes the software and mouse customizations and speed go out the window. I have to kill the processes from Task Manager and restart the software to fix it.

6. MX3 теряет связь в новых версиях программы

   С последними обновлениями перестаёт работать мышь MX3
   Откатываясь на пару версий назад вопрос снимаю. Но даже при запрещённом обновлении программа настырно подтягивает обновления и без моего ведома их ставит. Так себе улучшения. Так себе и моя возможность управлять программой

8. Stop breaking the app please

   Stop adding features to this and just make it work consistently. It constantly stops working, and now switching devices has become very slow. The app should just do it's job, and once it does, you should leave it alone.

9. Copy/Paste Clipboard Error

   I keep getting a clipboard error when trying to copy/paste in Microsoft Excel and also in other applications. After searching the web, i found the culprit to be Logi Options +. Please visit the thread and and fix this stupid problem that Logi Options + is causing.

10. Fix logi options +, It doesn't start without killing all logitech processes

    This Logi options + is terrible. If I open it after reboot I have to kill all logitech background processes from task manager before it starts. Before killing all it is just purple sceen and white loading circle in the middle. Fix it please.

13. App not working

    Logi Options+ doesn't work after Windows is restarted or my computer is turned off and on again. I have to reinstall it. I'm tired of doing this. And to top it all off, you don't have a representative in my country. It's ridiculous that you can only provide English support. What is English support in Türkiye? Logi? Never again.

16. Switch both Keyboard/Mouse by pressing switch keys on Keyboard only

    My work IT disabled any data transfer in/out from the laptop, this disabled the mouse/keyboard from switching between my work & personal laptop (using Flow feature in my mouse).
    I'm just requesting if I can switch both the keyboard and mouse between laptops with pressing only a keyboard button! it will be much easy.

19. 'Redo' remapping not working in Adobe Acrobat due to changed Adobe shortcuts

    Hi there. I've noticed that there is a disconnect between mapping the side buttons of my mouse to 'redo' in this app, and actually having the 'redo' option work in Adobe Acrobat. In the Adobe Acrobat application, their 'redo' is mapped to ctrl+shift+z - unlike in Word and many other apps, where is would be ctrl+y. When I set one of my side buttons to 'redo' in my Adobe Acrobat profile in your app, when I click it when viewing a PDF, it opens the magnification option in Adobe, which is what they have remapped ctrl+y to. I didn't know if there was any way to allow your app to read/understand that the shortcut in Adobe Acrobat is different now, or if I'm missing something? It is also impossible (as far as I know) to change the ctrl+shift+y shortcut back to ctrl+y in Adobe, unlike in other apps like Word. I can appreciate that this is probably difficult to implement, however I wanted to point it out as I've noticed that Microsoft has been changing some of their own shortcuts (i.e. format painter), so if this is going to become a new standard to change shortcuts and have limited options to revert to the original, that might create other issues for your app beyond just 'redo'. Thanks for taking the time to read this, hope you have a good one :) p.s. I just realised that there may be a work-around using custom guestures or another option in your app that you need a profile to use, but I would love to have a fix for this issue without needing to make an account. I got my mouse from my brother when he bought an upgrade for himself, so I was never expecting to have this mouse. I love the added functionality of the side buttons, but I would also love to not have to make an account to still be able to use this mouse properly.
