1. Your Download Website is Out of Order

   I have had to install a new hard drive. I have been trying to download software for my MS Master 2S mouse and K800 Illuminated Wireless Keyboard. Your download/support website does not work. I have tried to access it from 2 different computers - it just "flashes". No joy. Please help.

2. why do you force barely functioning programs upon your loyal customers

   this logitech options + is total trash , crashes wayyy more than regular logitech options which i was forced to updrade to since my device was no longer supported every time i turn around and try to use app specific button layouts for my mouse it isnt working typically needing me to manually open logitech options + let it fully load clickmy device then click the app specific profile before it will operate as intended . and thats if im lucky , currently no matter what i do it will not change my mouse inputs . so im left with no option but to TRY restarting my computer and while i assume it will restore proper function it is still very annoying, force me to use a less stable version of your software , good on you that will help customer satisfaction . aside from that im connected through the provided unifying reciver and when i check for updates in the app settings it says no device found so im connecting your product thrpugh your product that came with this exact mouse yet it cant find it . yeahhh good program your forcing upon your customers .if you wanna let me use a program for my mouse make it g hub not this pile of flaming garbage . i thought you guys were better than this been a customer for years , might see what razers up to these days

4. Pavé numérique / Amélioration

   Bonjour,
   Avec le nouveau logiciel Logi Options +, je ne parviens plus à désactiver la touche Verrouillage numérique du pavé numérique de mon K860, touche dont je n'ai pas pas l'usage (si tant est que le pavé reste verrouillé en permanence). Comment faire ?

   D'autre part, toujours sur le pavé numérique, serait-il possible que la touche "." ne frappe pas un ".", mais une virgule "," ?

7. MX Maus & Tastatur Einstellungen

   Tastatur MX Mechanical

   Ich möchte z.B. die Dauer der Beleuchtung einstellen. Die derzeitigen Einstellungen der Beleuchtung sind doch eher nicht zu gebrauchen. Praktisch sieht anders aus.

   Auch wäre es gut, wenn man Tasten für z.B. Spiele farbig hervorheben könnte.

   Zudem reagieren die Sensoren oft erst, wenn man eine Taste drückt, was im dunkeln nicht praktisch ist. Das funktionierte bei anderen Logitech Produkten schon besser.

   die "zurück-Taste" reagiert oft erst beim zweiten klick. Auch das ging beim Vorgänger besser.

8. Particular keyboard shortcuts cannot be mapped to Options+

   Hi there,

   I paired MX Master 3S mouse with Options+.

   The following keyboard shortcuts are not executed by Options+ when mapped to mouse gestures:

   Ctrl + Num 7
   Ctrl + Num 2

   They are employed by Adobe Illustrator and the old regular Logitech Options application can handle them without any difficulties. (I did not try other numbers. Just 2 and 7, but I assume they are not working as well).

   New update with patch for this woud be deeply appreciated.

9. Useless update takes ten steps backwards.

   Absolutely rubbish forced update, none of my macros work anymore due to 'No support for program'. Even when adding the .exe files manually, it still doesn't register any commands I assign to keys. Are AutoCAD and Indesign such insignificant programs that they don't warrant your support?

    Worst software EVER!

    Also...great that you forced it down my throat. This is a productivity keyboard that I used with my work PC. You know...the work PC that is so locked down I can't even change the ******* wallpaper. ********!

12. TURN OFF NUM KEY

    For the mx mechanical please please for the log of god, let me turn off the **** num key on the board!!!! I work in excel all day, and it is so annoying that I paid almost $200 for a keyboard and I can control the on or off of keys!!! Give me this functionality

14. M575「ポインタの速度を変更」機能

    M575「ポインタの速度を変更」機能がなくなった。（見つからない。あるなら教えて欲しい）これによって、M575を使用するにあたり、ミドルボタンを押して速度を変更することができなくなった。 よってLogi Options-(マイナス)　が正しい名称ではないだろうか。ソフトウェア側で制限をかけてマウス機能の差別化を測る意図があるなら、仕方ないが、新しいアプリケーションをインストールする際に説明が欲しかった。更に悪いのは、以前のアプリを再ダウンロード(環境はMac OS 10.15.7)しても「このマウスはサポートしてません」移行を勧めるならまず機能を全部移行してからにして欲しい。トラックボールを使うってことは、一定数大きなモニター、デュアルモニターを使っているユーザーがいるだろう。そういった場面で手首を使いたくないから、トラックボールを使うわけであり、細かい作業用に遅いポインタ速度、画面上の移動やファイルの移動に早い速度、と切り替えが必要になってくる。製品はとても気に入ってるのだが、ソフトウェアによって、人々の毎日の生活に役立たない製品にしてしまった。真に独自で有意義な体験のゴールはユーザービリティガン無視か。

    options+ "distorts" mouse clicks from time2time (I suspect ist is like stuck cmd key).
    only force-quit solves this.

17. Flow tray icon + ignoring screen corners when using flow

    I miss the flow icon on the system tray, the option to ignore the corners of the screen when switching devices with flow, and Options + doesn't show up on the startup menu (even though it does seem to autostart -- wish it'd show up on the menu like all other programs).
