Update problem
I have just upgraded the firmware on my Logi Options mouse and now the PC can't see the device. I followed the instructions but to no avail. I have had to change to a different mouse to make anything work. Help! Howe can i get my mouse back.

Repurpose any key, or at least HOME and END keys
Hi there,
The Logi keyboard is awesome, and I love the fact that we can reprogram the keys on top of it.
However, it would be nice if we could reprogram any key.
For instance, I use a Macbook, and the HOME key in a Macbook has the behavior of scrolling up the page all the way up (not moving the cursor). However, I would like to change it to be the way it works in Windows, when HOME actually moves the cursor to the beginning of the line, which can be achieved with CMD+LEFT. So I would like to…

3rd highest CPU user, 4th highest RAM user
Logi Options+ Agent, in the background, uses 0.5% of my CPU (top 3) and 1.7% (100 MB) of my RAM (top 4). I usually end the task because it is one of the main causes of lag on my computer, including (at times) input lag.
In short, running Logi Options+ Agent sometimes makes my experience worse, not better.0 votes -
Auto Fn key role switching by App
I would like to switch Function key modes automatically based on the app.
It is almost there but I don't want to program 16 function keys for these apps. I just want the mode to flip automatically, as I switch between apps all day, I don't want to have to also Fn-Esc all day to switch key modes.
There is an app out there that does this - "Fluor" - but it often conflicts with Logi Options+ and then the F keys stop working.
Please add this feature so i can get rid of Fluor!

Same trigger, different ways to activate with different results
Id like (a lot!) option like logi G hub (gamers soft to control logi devices from game colletction) to have another actions on the same trigger but with various way to activate - for example one action on basic clic and second one on click and hold and release or double click etc.

MX Keys Mini - Недостатки
Купил вчера MX Keys Mini, хотя изначально хотел купить S, но в наших магазинах по всему Казахстану не было в наличии (кроме мелких непонятных магазинов, торгующих всем подряд, у них не стал покупать). В общем, пришлось купить Мини, т.к. и раскладка "русская" от самого Лоджитэка. Как пришёл домой, установил и начал работать - сразу же первое разочарование: НЕТ КЛАВИШЬ "END", "HOME", "Pg Up", "Pg Down" ((((( Полез в настройки, чтобы переназначить - на клавишу "Повышения громкости" смог переназначить "End", затем хотел на клавишу "Уменьшения громкости" назначить "Home" - а в списке доступных функций такой клавиши НЕТ !!! Ich habe für Dreamweaver ein Profil erstellt. Da ich für "alle zugehörigen Dateien speichern" nichts passendes gefunden habe, habe ich eine Taste meines Dialpads mit einem "Keyboard Shortcut" belegt. leider kann ich den Text nicht ändern. Können Sie mir helfen?

Useless software for years!
I own a MX Master 3S now for 2 years.
And I have to say your software is totally useless. Software works for 1 day and you have to reinstall it.
It is totally unreliable, more worse as junky RAZER even!!!
How can you make such good hardware and totally useless software??????
Dozens of times I installed this software on two machines with identical results.I do not want to get contacted back.

Logi AI 프롬프트 빌더 개선 희망
Logi AI 프롬프트 빌더를 잘 이용하고 있습니다. 다만 두가지 제안사항이 있어 말씀드립니다.
1. 챗지피티에게 보낸 기존 문구를 바로 볼 수 있게(히스토리) 사이드바를 초기화면에서도 확장시킬 수 있는 버튼 추가
2. 프롬프트 빌더가 항상 다른 작업창 보다 위에 있는데 창내리기 버튼을 추가해주던지 또는 단축키가 on/off 기능이 아닌, on/창숨기기 로 변경 요청아주 잘쓰고 있습니다. 감사합니다.

Why have the 'auto update' clicked on and still prompt me to install? The amount of pop ups I 'm getting from Logitech beggars belief. Either update the f..ing mouse automatically or stop annoying the user with useless pop ups.

Right click menu not at the point of the cursor in text editors
I have a K650 keyboard and i have an issue with the details button which is located at the upper right end (second button). When I click on is a submenu appears at the point when my mouse pointer is. However, when i'm in a text editor (say it MS Word), with all keyboards, this menu appear at the point of the cursor in the text editor.
