Logi Options+ does not detect MX Master 3
Logi Options+ does not detect my MX Master 3 mouse.
I have 2 mice, an MX Vertical and and MX Master 3. When I open Logi Options+, it only shows my MX Vertical mouse (which it says is not supported yet). I tried using the original Logitech Options but it only gives me a link to open Logi Options+.
So on Logi Options+ the MX Master 3 is not shown, and on Logitech Options the MX Master 3 only gives a link to open Logi Options+. Therefore, I cannot configure my MX Master 3 anymore.

Horizontal Scroll in VSCode
MX Master 3: Thumb wheel for horizontal scrolling does not appear to work in Visual Studio Code (added as custom application).
Reversing the scroll direction has fixed this on occasion (including after switching it back), although not 100% of the time and, even then, functionality is lost again after the application is closed.
Horizontal scroll with the MX Master 3 works fine in other applications (e.g. Excel), and horizontal scrolling in VSCode using the trackpad works as expected.

Mouse preset for new Microsoft Teams
Microsoft released a new version of microsoft teams, called "microsoft teams (work or school)". It would be nice to have a preset for this app for the mouse buttons (mx master 3), just like the old teams app (now called "microsoft teams classic")

Switching keyboard and mouse by pressing key on keyboard
I am using MX keys with MX Master 3 on multiple computers. I connect to my work network using VPN. Flow doesn't work in that case.
I would love to see the option to switch between computers using the key on the keyboard, causing both mouse and keyboard to switch computers. It's very impractical to turn the mouse upside down every time I need to switch computers.29 votes -

easy switch
Is there a way to do a easy switch to another computer but not only for my keyboard but also with the mx master mouse as well. It would be great to do a switch on my PC and immediately both keyboard and mouse (both )switch to my mac. thanks.

Logi Options+ Update is a CPU hog
My Windows 11 computer updated Logi Options+ today. Now, "Logi Options+," "Logi Options+ Updater," and "Logi Options+ Agent" tasks are using significant CPU time.
I have the Task Manager sorted by CPU. In the past, these tasks rarely were in the top 15 or so tasks, but now, they are constantly near the top, keeping overall CPU usage, even when I'm doing nothing, over 5% (which is the point where my computer's fan starts running).
What is causing these tasks to suddenly be doing much more activity with this upgrade to 1.46.425296? Can this be fixed? ...thanks!

Logi Options Not Responding M1 Max MacBook Pro
2021 16" MacBook Pro M1 Max 64 GB Ram running macOS Monterey 12.1
Logi Options process stops responding, mouse functions revert to default. Force Quitting the process in Activity Monitor restarts Logi Options, but will stop responding again after an hour or so.

Please, support native Apple Silicon, M1, support
Testing the beta of Options +. Thanks for let me try. I see that in my Apple Silicon Mac (Mini M1) Options+ is still running, like the old Options, in Intel Compatibility mode via Rosseta 2. So more CPU, more ram, etc. is been used. Please consider support of native Apple Silicon. All Programs and utilities I am using in the mac, are already supporting M1. Thanks in advance!! P.D. I love Logi. I´d been using, and loving, Logitech products since 1990, when i was 25 years old. Cheers.

Mouse disconnecting from Logi Options+
My MX Master 3 keeps disconnecting from Logi Options+. It is still connected to my Mac (running latest OS 11.4) via Bluetooth, but when I open Logi Options+, it says that the mouse is not connected. Everything is set up correctly in System Preferences and the mouse works perfectly when Logi Options+ can see it. But at random moments, the connection between the mouse and Logi Options+ appears to drop and I am unable to reconnect it without restarting my Mac. This is very frustrating. Remove AI or provide AI free version
Please remove the AI features or release an AI free version. I enjoy using my Logitech gear at work. My company has very strict guidelines around what AI tools we can use. Having AI built into Logi Options+ could get it placed on my companies software black list.

Disable AI Features
I would like to disable the AI features. I have other ways of using AI apps on my Mac, it’s not a feature I want from my mouse or keyboard.
I'd like to prevent the Prompt Builder process from loading and delete the "aioverlaytmp" without it reappearing.
Major changes like this should be opt-in features, not automatic.

Please stop with the "AI Prompt Builder". It crashes regularly. Why would i even need AI stuff on a software whose only function is to change the scrolling speed of my mouse.

mouse connected, software does not detect

The main app screen shows 'Download failed Check network' and nothing is working even after hitting retry button multiple times.

Battery percentage
Instead of showing colours for the level of battery left in MX Master 3 it would be awesome if battery percentage was added to the app.
