Bloatware
I do not want AI software in my mouse and keyboard drivers, and I certainly don't want an "aioverlaytmp" folder added to my clean home directory without my permission. This is what I expect from ****** Windows software. Combined with lots of other issues with Logi software, I'm very tempted to buy cheap peripherals next time as long as I'm getting a cheap experience.

No need for AI in mouse/keyboard driver
Provide a way to disable/remove the Prompt Builder. There is already AI everywhere. I don't need it in my mouse driver.

AI Tool is gross
You need to give us an option to disable the AI prompt generator ASAP, and pull the version that contains it until you do. Many people us your mice in an environment where AI tools are not allowed. Also, it's just ugly and gross. Nobody wants an AI tool built into your mouse. Y'all should be ashamed for ruining a perfectly good product with a shameless grab for anything AI. I know that I will be considering other brands in the future.

Bring Back "Zoom using scroll wheel" feature!!!
It's absolutely disappointing how you removed "Zoom using scroll wheel" on the old Options app and never even explained that the update would deprecate the feature.
Unlike using the current zoom feature (which basically uses Ctrl+-/+ for the window to do a scaled zoom),
"Zoom using scroll wheel" actually allows you to zoom into what's on screen as if you're zooming using the touchpad (or screen, if the monitor is touch sensitive). It's basically a 2-finger screen/touch zoom using just the mouse!

Smart Actions as Custom Gestures
When using Gestures in Custom mode for the Thumb Button, there is no option to Snap Left and Snap Right in the available Other Options list. This is despite these actions being part of the preset Gestures under Windows Management and Arrange Windows. Why can't we use Snap Left and Snap Right when using Custom Gestures?
It would also be good if we could assign Smart Actions as Custom Gestures. At the moment, you can only assign a Smart Action to the Thumb Button click. But we should be allowed to assign Smart Actions to each of the 5 available…

Update Microsoft Teams (work or school) actions
My work just upgraded to Microsoft Teams (work or school) and I lost the recommended actions of mute microphone and start/stop video, which is available to regular (old) Microsoft Teams, but is not listed in the other actions options.

Backlight timeout
Please add the option to alter the timeout on my keyboard backlight. I love the backlight feature, but the backlight goes out far far far too quickly after moving my hand away from the keyboard. I'd really really like the option to set my own backlight timeout so that it stays on longer. I'm frequently to and from the keyboard in my work so I'd like it to stay on for at least 30 seconds after removing my hands. At the moment it's about 3 seconds, if that :(

Zoom using scroll wheel
Please bring back zoom using scroll wheel feature. It is a MUST for creative apps! The horizontal scroll wheel is used for that (scrolling, not zooming). The option to hold a button to turn the main scroll wheel into a zoom controller was amazing in Logitech Options. I don't know why was it removed in Options+.

Missing flow system tray icon in Options+
Why there is no system tray icon for new Options+ app? It makes no sense. Coming from using generations of logitech products I find this important feature is missed in new app. I am used to see mouse icon on system tray to see whether my keyboard mouse is connected to the PC or not. Flow (which I believe is amazing feature) it doesn't work some times and this icon helps to troubleshoot it quickly rather than fiddling around for which keyboard doesn't type any more.

MX Keys Backlight Timeout Setting
The MX Key keyboard needs an option to change how long it takes for the backlight to turn off. On the default setting it turns off so fast that it is occasionally headache-inducing and makes the backlight almost unusable (not to mention the tediousness of having to constantly wake it up). As a software developer this is especially disappointing as the fix should be extremely easy (especially when the APIs/interfaces for the logi options+ app and keyboard are already thoroughly in place) yet the keyboard has been out for 2 years and this has, as far as I can tell,…

MX Keys calculator key opens the calculator app UNFOCUSED or behind other windows
Just got MX Keys (on the HP keyboard when I press calculator it opens the app and it's focused I immediately start calculating) on the MX Keys it opens calculator app sometimes behind other windows and have to click on it on the taskbar, some times in front but is not focused and I have to click on it... rarely it's focused..

mx master easy switch 사용법 개선
MX Master 3 + MX Keys를 함께 사용하고 있습니다.
데스크탑 PC와 아이폰을 오고 가면서 사용중인데, Flow를 쓸 수 없는 상황입니다.
MX Keys는 easy switch로 쉽게 페어링 변경을 하고 있는데, MX Master는 easy switch가 바닥에 있어 페어링 변경이 매우 어려워 개선되면 좋을 것 같아 피드백 남깁니다.
1. 키보드와 마우스의 페어링 변경을 연동(키보드에서 페어링 변경하면, 마우스도 자동으로 변경)
2. 마우스 윗면의 버튼(ex 제스처 버튼)에 easy switch를 mapping 할 수 있도록 옵션+ 기능 추가m720을 쓰다가 master 로 넘어왔는데, 피드백드리는 이지스위치 건을 제외하고는 만족도가 높아서 모쪼록 개선되면 좋겠습니다.

Rename device from Options+
I want to rename my MX Master 3 and MX Keys (any device really). At the very least on my local device (to show the difference between the one work and the one at home) but it would be even better if I were able to change it in the device itself, so that when pairing with a completely new device altogether, it would have the new name. I have fidgeted with the windows settings many times yet it keeps giving 'Renaming device failed' error without a clear reason or solution.
Please Logitech fix such a a basic thing!
