  1. MX Keys Backlight Always On

    Hi
    I would like to have an option to keep the backlight on my MX Keys on permanently when running on battery. I know it's a power saving feature, but for the price we pay for this amazing keyboard, there should really be a setting as simple as "Keep Backlight On While On Battery". I use my keyboard only at my desk and the power cable is always handy so I would like this option. It also distract me when I focus on my screen and my keyboard backlight keeps going on and off the whole time. Yes, it activates…

  3. Constant crashes

    This is the worst mouse software I have ever used. It constantly crashes in the background. I have Windows 11 and 32GB of RAM, and it crashes even when I'm only using Firefox. You guys do not know how to make software. I will not be buying another Logitech mouse.

    Very annoying that the program suddenly forgets previously programmed applications. Please make sure the program always remembers settings for all applications.

  6. Zoom/pan custom

    I like the gesture zoom, but would be good if this was either combined with left/right movements as pan, or an option for custom gesture. I have no use for the rotate function in most of my use cases but now have to have them active just to be able to use zoom.
    Also, flow compatibility with android tablets please

  7. Paint in Keys wearing out after just 18 months

    Make your key's more durable. I have had the logi MX keys for about 18 months and the paint on the keys have begun to wear off. I have never experienced this with any of my keyboards since my first computer, an apple 2e in 1983.

  11. UI needs enhancement for core functionality

    I hate your application UI while loving logi-flow - when it works.
    The obfuscation and lack of intuitive menu-ing to access flow is sad. Every time i update logi-options flow breaks - without exception.
    Why on earth "Logi AI Prompt Builder" receives attention while fundamental KVM "flow" does not baffles.
    In the world of AI, I'm not seeking this application's "help" ever.
    It took several days to locate the broken element of "flow" this time - thought the feature had entirely disappeared. "Easy Switch" references with zero association to Flow - which would seem logical - suggest the flow feature…

    This piece of **** not detecting bluetooth connection. Happens almost every time I switch mouse from bluetooth to dongle and then back to bluetooth.

  14. Settings Lost

    My settings keep getting lost randomly, sometimes once every couple weeks and sometimes multiple times a week. When this happens, Logi Options+ wont launch and it forces me to reinstall the software to change settings back to what I want them at. Becomes an inconvenience when I am trying to get work done because I have to wait for it to reinstall, then open up to change everything back.

  20. Support for Logi Craft

    Please add support for the Logi Craft. I paid alot of money for it and it is dissapointing that while the MX Master I bought the same time is supported on options plus, my keyboard is not. Please please.
