  1. Custom button mappings revert to defaults frequently

    The latest version of Options+ with my MX Keys wireless keyboard and M720 Triathlon wireless mouse is quick to stop providing my custom mouse button mappings, falling back to the defaults. The devices are being shared between three computers and I am frequently switching between them. All are using Logitech Unifying Receivers. I had to turn off Flow as well because it would suddenly fail to switch when moving to the edge of the screen. Options+ would register an "Error" and instruct me to turn the mouse off then back on.

    Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S.
    this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

    いつの間にかポインタ速度変更ボタンが復活していて嬉しいです。

    しかし、

    ジェスチャをカスタムするメニューの中にはポインタ速度変更の項目がありません。

    これにより、

    ミドルボタンをクリックするというアクション単体でポインタ速度を変更するだけ

    という非常にもったいないショートカットを割り当ててしまうことになります。

    ミドルボタン＋ジェスチャーで割り当て可能な５つのショートカットを潰して、１つしか機能が当てられないというのは、かっこ悪くないですか？

    前のソフトウェアではできたんですから。めちゃくちゃ便利だったんですから。できるはず、と期待してしまうのは私だけではないと思います。

    ポインタ速変更ボタンが復活したのは大変嬉しいです。応援しています。ミドルボタンに割り当てるジェスチャーの中にポインタ速度変更を復活させてください。

    そうでなければメーカーとしてのスタンスをはっきり説明してください。（それがやりたいならエルゴを買え、MXmasterを買え、別のメーカーのマウスを買え、と。）

  7. Mouse features dont work in chrome

    Ever since my mouse software upgraded to options+, the mouse programmed buttons no longer work in chrome, they work fine as long as im not on a chrome page. But I use it mostly for chrome. Logitech m720 triathlon mouse.

    Purchased Logitech Mx Master 3 online just 25 days back. But battery dies in 3 days of moderate use (2-6 hours/day). Using it on desktop for video editing.

    smooth scrolling on excel
    excel now supports horizontal and vertical smooth scrolling, i would like to at least get smoother scrolling on the horizontal axis so that it doesn't snap to columns

    Cache folder in LogiOptionsPlus is so big, which I think it should not be 9GB big.

  16. DPI setting instead of pointer speed

    Hi, the pointer speed is so confusing why don't you just put a DPI scroll for us who cant afford the high tech Logitech mice but still want to configure my mouse just like a pro gaming one. I hope i get a response because this was the same problem with the previous software Logitech Options.

  17. Worse than Microsoft

    Sheesh... don't you completely test new options releases? If it isn't one thing it's another every time you update. This time (1.22.5550) it's caps toggle no longer plays sounds.

  20. Your Download Website is Out of Order

    I have had to install a new hard drive. I have been trying to download software for my MS Master 2S mouse and K800 Illuminated Wireless Keyboard. Your download/support website does not work. I have tried to access it from 2 different computers - it just "flashes". No joy. Please help.
