  4. Logitech Horrible After sales support !!

    Overall my experience with Logitech is a company which claims to be a reputed company but on the name of support its horrible - my unified connector for MX 3 mouse stopped working and when I wanted to buy it I did not get it also the service center refused to giving me support as I bought it from Amazon - this is bad and I am too much frustrated with you guys after buying expensive products this is what I get. Logitech = a money making and horrible company.

  6. Keyboard or App is not working

    Two things that really suck now: First, the app would not add my MX Keyboard nor the mouse, even after trying to connect them with different unifying receivers, and with the first, or the second or the third pairing buttons.

    Second, is the programming of the keys. the PrintScreen is un-pairable with my favorite screen shot app, "GreenShot", no matter what "SmartActions" I program into the app. This made me so mad at your app and the keyboard itself, that I think it is worthless. A "non-smart" keyboard, basic, no functionality, $5 keyboard would have done what I wanted to…

  7. FYI

    I have the MX Master 2S
    When using Flow, if I enable the Ctrl option, I can travel only one way. I can't get back over to my home screen unless I first change channels on my mouse. Disabling the Ctrl option eliminates this problem. The channel switching on the mouse happens automatically as I go back and forth.
    GREAT feature. Tell the folks in the white coats "nice work".

  8. keyboard does not connect after win11 laptop sleep

    Starting just recently, my keyboard does not always pair with my laptop when it wakes from sleep over night. The green light keeps flashing. I can enter 3 or 4 digits of my windows pin, then the keyboard is useless. I keep unplugging the usb doohicky from my docking station, plug it directly into my laptop, turn the keyboard off, wait a minute, turn it back on, try switching around.... eventually it WILL connect, but I never know what the secret is to get it to connect.
    This only started happening in the past week or so, but it happens…

    Hello!
    I chatted with Joseph C today.
    The video shows what the exact problem is.
    Brush is set to the button in the right corner, and after I access brush and make the necessary corrections and then close brush, the dialpad wheel no longer changes the pictures (it is no longer functional) a button remains stuck on the exposure or contrast key or on anything else on the keyboard. If I press AI on the dialpad everything returns to normal until I press Brush again.

  11. Missing features

    Hey there! I recently purchased a Logitech Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo MK270r. The only 2 applications that are compatible with it are Set Point & Options+. Moreover, the mouse (M185) is not supported in the former app. More importantly, the keyboard (K270) is not supported in Options+. Since the latter is supposed to be a newer/all-in-one app, I would like to request you add the mentioned keyboard model, along with the battery status (indicator) for the mouse, which used to be apparent in Set Point. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

    ※ 페어링 버튼이 마우스 하단에 있을때의 문제점

    • 페어링을 자주 변환 할 경우 마우스를 계속 들어야 하는 문제점 발생
      : 마우스 다른 버튼으로 변경이 가능하도록 옵션을 추가 하거나, 키보드 쪽에 단축키 설정으로 대체 할 수 있는 방안이 있음

    • 페어링을 자주 변환 할 경우 키보드와 마우스를 두번 눌러줘야 되는 문제점 (키보드는 누르고 마우스는 들어서 눌러야함, 원래대로 갈경우까지 총 4번 클릭 한사이클)
      : 키보드를 이용해 마우스가 동시에 페어링 기기가 변경 연동되는 버튼 혹은 기능 추가

  14. Toggling CapsLock disable is ignored in specific case

    Logitech MX Keys Business keyboard.

    Tracked the issue happening in case if CapsLock key switching is disabled in Logi Option+, when hands are off the keyboard and proximity sensor does not sense any proximate objects in order to remain with backlight off, if you approach to the keyboard from the side which is 'invisible' to the sensor or aprroach it really fast and toggle CapsLock key - it enables anyway despite it is disable in setting. And after that it's unable to switch CapsLock off without going to Logi Option+ app settings and enable toggling it again.

  15. Flow is unpleasant

    Flow is not pleasant to use. You waste a lot of time when moving between screens because you have to wait for the mouse to be active on the other screen. Also, the mx keys sometimes stay on the one screen even when the mx mouse has moved to the other screen. It's so frustrating.

    Synergy from Symless works so much better than this.

  16. Overlap of Options+ and G Hub

    Options+ just automatically added my Litra Glow light to its devices, and now none of the settings I have set up in G Hub are working. Please fix the overlap of these two apps! I need both -- Options+ controls my MX Master mouse, and I need G Hub's lighting options for my light. Thank you.

  18. Fix OBS plugin

    SOooooo Your app keeps crashing out in your OBS plugin. Not wanting to connect, Not changing customizations, not wanting to recognize when buttons are active/inactive. Everything is up to date (with both programs)

  19. Shortcut in new Outlook doesn't work

    I was setting up a shortcut on back button for new outlook application for a quick step rule.
    Ctrl+shift+5 doesn't work.

    In old outlook it is working.

    If I press the shortcut on the keyboard it is working but not on MX5

  20. MX Master Right Click Fails on Windows 10

    Right-click seems to be failing erratically, using my MX Master mouse. At times, it takes several clicks to bring up the right-click menu.
