4. Laggy mouse during video calls

   When using Zoom or other screen sharing apps, I need to use my trackpad, or the mouse barely functions. When i use my trackpad directly, it's not choppy. When using my mouse, it's choppy.

7. Horizontal scrolling in browser changes tabs instead

   The latest Logi+ update changed the thumbwheel behavior in MS Edge. It has changed it from a horizontal scroll on the page to instead scrolling between open tabs. I tried to configure the application specifically in Logi+ but that had no impact.

   I REALLY liked being able to horizontal scroll, and now I keep inadvertently changing tabs when I try and its just maddening.

8. MX keyboard not working nobody will help

   I have used MX Master mouse for many years and last year I decided to get the keyboard as I use it everyday for work. I started getting issues with my keyboard not connecting and then it stopped working all together about a moth ago or so. I have contacted you several times looking for help and still nobody has. I spent £100 on my keyboard thinking I was buying a quality product and at the moment I am using a £25 keyboard that out performs it in every way. I wanted the mouse and keyboard for my work flow as I use a lot of post production and video software for my job. Who is going to help me because at the moment if anyone asked I have to tell them that Logitec is a huge disappointment and not worth the cost...

13. Flow issue solution (for some) :)

    I have just today posted info about failing flow option with 7 of 10 times causing issues with leaving one device and moving other one...
    So I have fixed it, one of messages was saying ABOUT vpn which ofcourse is used on one of the device. SO I installed with admin user privilages with vpn turned on (made it on hold when instalation wanted to connect for download) than turned it on.
    After install I have turned on Logi+ as admin user (vpn turned on) configure it, now it works perfectly but - I didnt yet restardted computer with vpn so keep fingers crossed. IMPORTANT - I use logidongles on both devices no bluetooth in use

15. Scroll direction persistency

    Scroll direction got reverted back to legacy "standard" after updating to V.0.5. Would be great to enable "natural" scrolling direction as default. Even better, follow OS settings! Thanks!

16. No se puede desactivar mostrar en pantalla los locks

    No es posible desactivar la notificacion en pantalla de locks para mayus, block num, block desplazamiento y block fn.
    Esta funcionalidad ya estaba agregada en options.

17. 버그는 아니지만 Easy Switch 탭이 팝업의 모습을 하고 있는것이 어색한 것 같습니다. - 사용성의 문제

    키보드 설정에서 팝업의 모습으로 Easy Switch가 보여지는데 선택 창에서는 하나의 탭으로 따로 구분되어 있다보니 어색합니다. 차라리 팝업 대신에 페이지가 이동하여 화면에 보여지는게 자연스러워 보일 것 같습니다. (팝업 처럼 보이다 보니 외부화면을 클릭해 해당 화면에서 나가려고 시도하다 실패했습니다.)

19. Devices are connected but do not show

    I just installed the logi Options + and granted all the permissions it needed. It is on a screen that says "Good Morning" and connect your devices. My keyboard is already connected to my Mac. How do I connect it again or how do I move from this screen to the next.
