Constant downloading message on splash page.
On loading the app, I am getting notification on the splash page that the software is Downloading for both my Keyboard and Mouse - nothing seems to complete downloading. The software is up to date.

鼠标充电指示灯和option+充电指示不匹配
当鼠标正常充电时候，灯会闪，option+的左下角也会显示正在充电，但是当鼠标上的指示灯不再闪烁时，option+仍然显示橙色的小闪电表示正在充电，而不是显示“已经充满”。

mouse erratic
Please bring back the ability to shift pointer speed to the top mouse button, the one behind the mouse wheel. This is very useful to me and I need this function back when I need to have very fine control over sliders and buttons in Final Cut Pro. Taking functions away in the Beta seems like a bad move.

Lag delay Scroll
Tenho notado um LAG/Delay ao rolar o Scroll na primeira vez em alguns sites ou algo do tipo. É como se estivesse em hibernação e depois ativa e fica normal. No caso, sempre que fico um tempo sem rolar o scrolllock principal e uso na primeira vez, que ocorre essa demora para funcionar. Também notei que maioria dos programas não detectam direito o scroll lateral do mouse MX Master 3.

ジェスチャーボタンが反応しなくなります
Macで使っているとジェスチャーボタンが結構な頻度で機能しなくなります。ジェスチャーボタンを押しながら左右の移動（デスクトップ切り替え）はできるのですが、ジェスチャーボタンの単体押し、ジェスチャーボタンを押しながら上下の移動は反応しません。
Windowsにfor Macを繋げても問題なく使えます。
for MacなのにMacで使用する時の方が問題がありますので改善してください。1 vote -

Flow and Inactive Devices
The Flow option, the real reason I spent so much on this setup just doesn't work. There are no error codes or feedback to troubleshoot why. I've spent hours, no avail. No firewalls, nothing's blocking it - just doesn't work.
Writing now because on my Mac Mini suddenly the scroll wheel stopped working. Fired up the application and it shows both the keyboard and mouse as "inactive". Of course, I'm typing on the keyboard now and using the mouse. Sadly, basic features just don't work when the software seems to fail.
I love the devices, but the implementation of features…

Win11 Mouse Performance Issue
Since update to Win11 if a window is selected and then dragged there is a huge delay and then when the window is released it continues to drift for a few seconds before stopping and becoming usable.

MX Keys duplicated with one entry marked as Inactive
For some reason my keyboard (MX Keys) is duplicated on the app, with the duplicated entry marked as Inactive and the other displayed as it should be.

MX Mac Keyboard Suggestion
I wish there was some sort of battery indicator for the MX Keys Mac keyboard in a convenient place like the Bluetooth menu where I can see my Apple Magic Keyboard percent charged.

Connection
Recently I upgraded your firmware for the mouse and keyboard and for so reason, the bluetooth connection keep stopping and disconnected both hardware. I played with some setting but still no luck. Anyway I can roll back my previous version? Current version is 10.0.19041.488 or do you have a newer version?

I´m having an issue, some time when I open microsoft remote desktop on my mac running big sur 11.6 options stop recognizing the mouse and the keyboard, both mx keys and mx 3. They show innactive and the buttons change the function attached to the application

Mice flow issue from PC#2 to #3 if #1 is disconnected
MX Anywhere Mice no flowing smoothly to #3 PC connection when #1 connection is not connected. It keeps wanting to connect to #1 when moving from #2 to #3.

Horrible experience on Mac OS
Absolutely horrible, inexcusable support for the MX Master 3, which should be the top of the productivity line. 50% of the times I try to use the mouse, all the configurations are gone. Recently there is even worse behaviour, since it randomly reverses scroll direction (even after I toggled off natural scroll) and it jumps whole screens when scrolling instead of the regular three lines. I used a Performance Mouse MX for over 8 years, and now I cannot in good faith recommend a Logitech mouse ever again. I'll be selling this mouse and buying from a different brand in…

LogiMgr looses connection to MX Master 3 MAC
I just bought a new MX Master 3 for Mac, after a few hours, it looses the connection with LogiOptions/LogiMgr. This means all the special settings don't work anymore.
I tried a lot of tips found on the internet, sometime restarting the daemon helps, but not always. The bluetooth connection is there, but LogiOptions/Mgr doesn't see it.... Annoying for a new device of 80€....1 vote
