Removing old devices
I can't remove my MX Keys for Mac device (I have had to return this due to a faulty 'E' key) it shows as Inactive

Customized buttons never work right!
The buttons on my mouse always get rest. I have to completely restart my MacBook Pro to get it back to how I configured it. This is a constant problem that has existed since I purchased the mouse. And for some reason the mouse always shows up as "Inactive" in the Logi Options+ app.

Alors j'ai un master mx 3 depuis quelques mois et depuis quelques jours il fonctionne juste click droit gauche et la roulette verticale...en reste il est mort
plus de Button pour changer le défilement
plus de défilement horizontale
plus de Button avant et arrière7
ni le grand sous le pouce
le led il est étain aussi...même quand je le met en charge
J'ai esseyeé sur un autre ordinateur - pareil. j'ai desinstalé le souris de mon ordi et puis reinstalee - pareil.

No Logi Options+ Icon in Launchpad
Das Logi Options+ Programm Icon ist zwar nicht mehr zwei mal im Launchpad verfügbar, dafür gar nicht mehr.

AutoCAD scroll wheel zooming uncontrollable.
Working in AutoCAD. Use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out to different parts of the drawing. Zoom keeps changing speed, speeding up out of control. It will zoom completely out, and will keep zooming in or out after the scroll wheel stops moving. It doesn't matter if the ratchet is on or off. I tried changing the pointer speed to no avail. I can't fix it.

Sugestão: Alterar a ordem dos dispositivos via Software (PC 1 - Mac2...etc ) sem a necessidade de emparelhar novamente!

Horizontal Scroll disables vertical scroll
Excel vertical scrolling is freezing after using horizontal scroll. And when it freezes I cannot click to to activate a cell. When I double click it activates a cell that is about 20 rows below the one I'm trying to click on.

Intermittent lag with the cursor and wheel
I use this mouse for drafting using Carlson Civil and Microsurvey both of which are CAD programs. I have been experiencing a good bit of lag with my mouse when moving the cursor and scrolling. It happens about once every hour or so and will last for about 5 or 10 seconds then it goes away and the mouse works fine. Also if I have smooth scroll enabled, it affects the speed at which I can pan right after I zoom in the CAD programs.

Snap pane left/right missing from Options+
Can not find snap to left or right side of display. #1 thing my brother and I use is snap left or snap right on our MX Master 3 mouse using the 2 buttons under the horizontal scroll button. Is this a feature in options +? About to uninstall options+ and go back to regular options since I can not find my main use of the mouse in the new beta version. HELP PLEASE!

Power Usage Very High after waking up from sleep
I noticed that after upgrading to the latest version, when my laptop wakes up from sleep, the fan start running and won't stop. When I checked task manager, I see that Logi Options is using a lot of power. And if I open Logi Options, it shows only the spinning wheel. I have to "end Task" Logi options from task manager and then it will open normal and the high power usage is gone. This happens only on Windows 11 and not on Mac OS Monterey. Hope this helps.

Logi Options+(Win版)が反応せず
Windows 11 Pro(21H2)でLogi Bolt USBレシーバーを用いて、MX Keys MiniとMX Anywhere 3 for Businessを利用しています。
キーボードとマウスは問題なく反応しいるものの、Logi Options+を起動しても反応がありません。『デバイスの接続』も押下出来ない状態です。

Flow struggle
Flow for MX Master Keys tracks with mouse to other computer but the keyboard dose not tack back to the initial computer.

Flow doesn't work for me in Options+.
I have both PC's set up on Options+, same network, no blocks in the firewall and I ensured that Options+ is allowed through Windows firewall.1 vote -
Mas opciones botones configurables
Hola,
Estaria bien si se pudiera augmentar o disminuir sensivilidad del raton mediante un boton o la rueda. Tambien poder agregar comandos o botones del teclado, ya que por ejemplo en autocad se usa bastante abreviaciones y podria agilizar las tareas.Saludos

backlight is turning off by itself
There is no way to keep the keyboard backlight on (without "smart" options of turning on/off). That would be a nice option to have!

Options+ says "connect your devices" but they already are connected. I can see them perfectly in the old app, but not in options+

Switch mouse with keyboard
It will be really helpful if when switching between computers on the keyboard, the mouse should make the switch automatically. It is so tedious to be changing both at the same time. This is because I work with two different computers with separate OS (Linux, Windows).

Votre évolution est confuse et pas claire
Je ne comprend rien de ce que vous êtes en train de faire moi qui suis adepte de vos profuits je ne peux plus me connecter pour mettre à jour mon profil sur plusieurs ordinateur c'est trsè confus et déstabilisant.
En tant que designer je suis très inquiet je perd beaucoup de temps à tous reconfigurer pour que cela marche sur mon nouveau Mac.
