    Desde la ultima actualizacion de octubre 2021, en un MX MASTER 3, en el puntero del raton en ciertos momentos de desplazamiento se producen micropausas, como cuando ves un video en internet y hay intermitencia de señal y se producen saltos en la imagen, eso le pasa al puntero.

    맥 윈도우간 FLOW 기능을 사용하고 있는데 윈도우에서 맥으로 넘어올 때 마우스 커서는 넘어오는데 MX Keys 는 넘어오지 않아요. 그리고 가끔 맥에서 윈도우로 마우스 커서 이동했는데 커서가 움직이지않고 멈춰버리는 현상이 일어납니다.

  5. impossibilidade de alterar o atalho de Captura de tela

    Eu não sei exatamente o que aconteceu, mas a Ferramenta de Captura de tela do Windows 10 "sequestrou" a tecla "câmera" do teclado MX Keys, mas até ontem eu utilizava normalmente o software "LightShot" para captura de tela. Já tentei desabilitar a função do Windows, reinstalar o LightShot, mas nada surtiu efeito no teclado (a tecla "PrtScn" do teclado virtual eu consegui utilizar, mas a função de captura do MX Keys parece ter sido completamente abduzida pelo "Snipping tool" e não me deixa utilizar nenhum outro software. Por enquanto, eu desabilitei a tecla para não me confundir e tive que…

    Senaste uppdateringen vill inte laddas ned.
    "Laddsr ned" symbolen har fått snurra två nätter i rad och inne på den tredje utan resultat, fortsätter bara "rotera".

  7. App wont open, backend connection problem

    in prior versions (pre 0.60.3677) i was able to login to the app on my work computer with my admin account. In the latest version it is just spinning with error "backend connection problem - click here to launch backend" this is opening the app "as administrator"

  8. Great! Add more functionality to horizontal scroll actions

    The new app is great! Most important change of all is that my programmed actions went from consistent lag that could last as long as 10 seconds to now being immediate.

    Please add one thing: On the old options app, if you set a shortcut to the horizontal scroll wheel, changing the scroll wheel speed would increase or decrease the repetition rate of the shortcut. As far as I can tell, the new app will not speed up or slow down the shortcut no matter how you adjust horizontal scroll speed.

    Windows 11. Ни мышь (MX Master 3), ни клавиатура (MX Keys) не подключились. Просто висит начальная заставка, где попеременно мигают Bluethooth и USB-Connector и всё.

  10. Want to Switch Back to Previous App

    I'm really not liking this Logi Options + app. The settings are not staying on my MX Master 3. I am constantly having to go back into the app to re-apply them. Usually the settings are still showing correctly in the app, but they are not working so I have to change them and then change them back. Specifically, the scroll direction on the scroll wheel. I prefer Standard. At least once a week the mouse changes to Natural, but when I go into the app it is still set to Standard. I have to change it to Natural and…

    Desde la nueva actualización ya no aparece mi mxmaster 3 ni mi mxanywhere 3 en el listado de dispositivos, solo aparece mi mxanywhere 2 antiguo, el cual no es aceptado.

  12. Error handling suggestion

    After an update, Logi Options+ is reporting that my mouse is inactive. I have no idea what this means or how to resolve it. Since my mouse is now behaving different, I assume Logi Option+ is no longer controlling my mouse.

    Recommendation: Annotations like "Inactive" should be tappable with information about what it means and how to resolve it.

  16. MX3 S stopped working properly. Scroll wheel and show desktop functions are not working.

  17. Setting changed after update

    Latest update changed my Hotkey settings. Not sure how to change them back. My Screen Capture button changed from my installed SnagIt software to now it uses the Windows Snip and Sketch software instead. Help change this setting back please.

  19. inactive shown for both MX Keys and mouse

    I have both the MX Keys and MX Master 3 Mouse on my Mac Mini, system is macOS 11.6 Big Sur.

    When I connect both of them to the computer using the USB, they both show INACTIVE in Option+ for some reason.

    I connected both of them via Bluetooth, only the Keys dropped the connection and yet the Mouse.

    I was wondering how to connect them all with the USB adapters. It seems they have some kind of interference with each other.

    I hope you guys can look into this issue.
