  1. App lässt sich nicht starten

    Seit heute funktioniert die App nicht mehr.
    Nach dem Start kommt die Meldung
    "wird heruntergeladen" . Dies leider in Dauerschleife! Die Tastenbelegung funktioniert somit nicht mehr.

  2. Verbesserungsvorschlug + Bug mit USB Dongle

    Ich würde gerne die Zeit einstellen bis die MX Keys das Licht dimmt. Mir sind die 5 Sekunden zu kurz. Ich nehme die Finger von der Tastatur wenn ich etwas lese und lege sie dann wieder drauf. Es gleicht einer Stroboparty in meinem Zimmer. Ständig geht das Licht aus und wieder an. Es wäre somit eine nette Funktion wenn man dies einstellen würde.

    Zweites Problem. Ich besitze die MX Master 3 und die MX Keys. Die Software hat mir empfohlen beide Geräte über ein USB Empfänger zu steuern. Das hat aber furchtbar funktioniert. Die Tastatur hat ständig die Verbindung verloren…

  4. Horizontaal scrollen in Excel werkt verkeerd om

    Het horizontaal scrollen werkt naar mijn idee verkeerd om. Als ik het wiel naar boven draai scrolt het tabblad naar links.
    Als ik in bijvoorbeeld Firefox het wiel naar boven draai ga ik juist naar een tabblad rechts.

    Dit laatste voel voor mij logischer aan. Misschien is het een idee de richting van het horizontaal scrollen zelf in te kunnen stellen.

  6. Suggestions about software/hardware

    Hello,
    Since that software is e-mail related it would be nice to have "Account" menu with Log in / out options . That way if more than one persons are using the same pc (mouse and keyboard) they could have different settings/preferences applied. Also an "export settings" option is recommended to have so u can use you're mouse/ keyboard the way you like it even if the pc is connected to local network only or no internet connection at all.

  7. Blenderでの動作の改善

    Blenderへの対応をお願いします。

    現状ですとマウスにセンタークリック+SHIFTなどを設定してもセンタークリックしか反映されません。
    動作するように対応をお願いします。
    またデフォルトでアプリの選択肢にあると良いですね。

  11. Idea to save power and augment time without charge

    You should add a mode witch we could choose a timer for example 5min or 30min without any movement the mouse a automaticly turns off, to save power and increase time without charge,

  15. Add ability to remove inactive devices

    The ability to remove inactive devices. For some reason I have multiple copies of the MX Keys Mini and I can't find a way to remove all the greyed out copies. Please see the screenshot for more information.

  16. Ability to switch to another device by remapping a mouse button

    It would be beneficial if one of the mouse buttons can be remapped to switch to another device. I personally use 2 devices, and it's inconvenient if I need to turn the mouse upside down and then back up.

    エクセル上での動作がおかしくなる。水平スクロールを使用後、マウスクリック位置と選択セル位置がずれる。エクセルをアクティブ/非アクティブにするたびにホイールモードが切り替わる。

  18. Software improvements

    Software should stay alive when minimized/closed (option in settings).

    Many times a day, my smartshift settings just get reset, and I have to open the software again, and set it up again to be active.

    PS: it would be very nice to integrate the MX master 3 to the GHUB.. I know its not the gaming line, but neither is the C920 camera and I can set that one up from GHUB...

  19. Very frustrated experience

    Logi Options does not work! I have a Macbook Pro 2019 with macOS Monterrey fully updated. It has being painful and frustrating to use the keyboard MX Keyes and the mouse MX 3 Master.

    Once configured, after a while, buttons just stop to work as configured. Then I have to spend a lot of time repairing devices, reinstalling Logi Options and doing all sort of troubleshooting on my one to have those devices work. It is just the opporsite that "productivety devices" should be.

    Now, the app Logi Options, both 9.40 and the Beta one just do not work. They…
