  1. Focus on core competency

    I like to help but your process here is far too cumbersome (thumbnail-sized window, ugly, pointless UI, repeatedly asking for my e-mail address even though you made me create a login....all while a KEYBOARD's only purpose is to SEND KEYSTROKES, which this doesn't do during login without hackish workarounds and trade-offs (not using Bluetooth, not having a battery indicator, loading subpar software, losing a USB port...)

  3. Shift wheel mode bug on Gestures

    Hello!
    Top button is defined with gestures as follows in the attached picture. Shift wheel mode is defined as a gestures down but is not working properly.

  4. Topbar battery indicator on OSX

    Would be nice to have the application accessible from the topbar on macbooks, to easily see the battery indicator, and would be great to see the percentage of the battery.

    Right now it's a lot of work to open the app, just to check the battery level, which anyway is not very exact. The percentage would help a lot.

  5. Perchè non permettere l'assegnazione di alt,shift,ctrl... ai tasti del mouse?

    Sarebbe un'ottima idea permettere di assegnare ai tasti del mouse non solo delle combinazioni di tasti, ma anche i singoli tasti speciali come control,shift ecc...
    Il workflow in alcuni programmi migliorerebbe molto

  8. Options+ non funzionante con premiere pro

    Utilizzando Premiere Pro si apre periodicamente una finestra nera chiamata options+ (non contiene nulla e se le si cambiano dimensioni crea glitch sullo schermo) in più nella scheda degli effetti applicati agli elementi sulla timeline lo scorrimento verticale non è preciso, ad uno scatto singolo corrisponde uno scorrimento infinito che mi porta totalmente in alto o totalmente in basso

  9. Treiber Probleme nach Update

    Hallo
    Seit einem der letzten Updates von Win 11 erkennt Option+ meine Geräte nicht mehr.
    Im Gerätemanager werden 4 Geräte nicht richtig eingebunden. Lösche und neu installieren bringt keine Änderung.
    Als Geräte sollten MX ERGO als Maus und Tastatur und zusätzlich ein Logitech Trackball laufen.
    Bitte Lösungsvorschläge machen.

  10. when will flow be working for the keyboard

    So far I have not been able to figure out how get the mxkeys to operate in flow. I spent an hour finding another mouse to operate the app IMac so I could load the software on that machine as the MX3 was totally inoperative on the mac. After the work around it seems to be working fine now for the mouse but I still have to switch the keyboard manually.

    Es fehlt die Option aus der alten Software: Daumentaste + Scrollrad => "Zoomen in der Anwendung". Sonst sieht die App chick aus.

  15. Software updates doesnt restore customisations

    My shortcuts and customizations are resetting every time the application is updated. It gets hectic to set the shortcuts all over again from start.

    O flow passa o mouse e teclado do mac para o windows... mas, do windows para o mac, para de funcionar e tenho que reabrir o options+ 0.61.2670 novamente para voltar a funcionar.

    Por vezes o flow para de funcionar sem motivo aparente.

  17. Windows navigation stops working from time to time.

    I have a problem with the Windows navigation gestures. It stops from time to time. I use MX Master 3 for Mac on a MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro chip, sometimes the mouse stops accepting the gestures when I try to press on the button and swipe to utilize the windows navigation gestures. The mouse works perfectly for everything else even when the gestures does not work, but I have to turn off and turn on the mouse in order to get the functionality of the Windows Navigation.
