flow in or out of vpn
i have MX Keys & MX Master 3 mouse. 2 laptops. 1 mackbook pro, 1 windows 10. It would be awesome if the flow feature continues to work when one or both laptops are connected to the same vpn network.
Also, after disconnecting from the vpn, the flow does not work anymore.

GIVEN UP: SmartShift toggles off randomly.... again and I've given up on your team to fix this! This has been happening with ALL previous MX Masters I've owned and I've lost hope your team can fix this. I hope others vote on this...

Ignore CTRL (strg) Key after wake up
Leider immer moch nicht zu gebrauchen, da nach ein paar Minuten Pause, der CTRL (strg) -Key beim ersten Drücken ignoriert wird . Damit ist es für die meisten Apps nicht brauchbar da wichtige Funktionen wie: Copy, Paste, Cut, Find, etc. über CTRL+ aufgerufen werden.

Relocate the side Forward button
Very nice mouse, smooth and Quiet. However, you need to rethink the placement of the buttons on the side. The back is fine but the front is pretty much unreachable with you hand in a natural position. I would make them narrower and stack them where the back button is.

Having issue with SecureInput-related processes. Killing these processes doesn't help, reboot does.

Does not work.
Program does not work. IT starts up and just says "Downloading" and never starts working, so all shortcuts and functions of my mouse does not work. I restarted my PC without any changes...

LogiOption+ is not loaded
Many times when opening the tool it keeps on loading. I get a spinning wheel forever. Usually it comes with a behavior that the mouse wheel is not working.

The keyboard and mouse started working correctly after I deleted WinZip for Mac which I was having problems installing.

Downloading persists for my mouse for long time
My Master MX3 for mac sometimes lost the settings that I set. It seems to return to default randomly. When i open this application to see if the settings have changed, it shows "Downloading" for my mouse for a long time and I cant configure it.
