Hi there, I just got a weird problem for my k380, the system I am running is Windows11 Professional. The problem is my k380's @ and " swapped, so right now, when I press shift + number 2, instead of @, it will give me a ", and when I press shift + ', it will gives me a @.
I tried to reset the keyboard to its factory settings, but had no luck.
How can I swap these two keys back? thank you very much!1 vote -

Custom button not working sometimes
I configured this button as computer sleep button instead of opening menu. But it sometimes works as sleep, but sometimes works as opening menu. So sometimes I have to push it many times until computer goes sleep. Can you fix it?

3台电脑不能组flow

鼠標辨別應用程式的邏輯問題及使用混亂。
當使用閱讀程式如xodo時，如果講鼠標點擊到其他程式，此時xodo的拇指輪會變更為其他程式設定的方向(如預設)，需要再點擊程式才能恢復到自定義，因此使用相同程式進行瀏覽時會常有不同的水平方向移動，容易產生困惑。

Takes too long to work when turning on computer
My MX Keys worked flawlessly. But now I have a little complain. Since I switched to MacOS Monterey, everytime I turn on my computer, my keyboard takes up to 10 seconds to work and let me introduce my password. Please fix this.

Windows Display Scale
The application does not scale according to the settings on Windows. For example, I have my Windows display set to 150% magnification instead of the usual 125% and this app does not support it.

jittery bluetooth m1 mac
Mouse tracking is horrible its all jittery and not smooth at all. macbooks trackpad is much better.

PC to mac easy switch issue
I often connect my logi keyboard to both my mac and PC when i switch from mac to and then back my keys are out of wack and it requires a full system restart before I can use the keyboard normally again.
I have tried turning off and on my keyboard, disconnecting/removing my keybaord and reconnecting it but it doesnt help it other than a fresh restart. random keys will pull up different menus on the screen and it is completely unusable.

Remove devices from within the app.
Hi,
My issue is with removing devices from the app. Both in Options and Options+ If you try to remove a bluetooth device in MacOS it won't remove it. What it does is route you to the bluetooth settings, but if you've already removed it from there then there is no way to remove it from the app.

Please add support for the K780
Please Add support for the K780 keyboard, as it is still visible on your website and is an awesome keyboard. I am using an M1Pro macbook and the original Options app has a lot of issues, causing the keyboard and mouse to periodically stop working, requiring me to either kill the process or restart.

MX Connectivity
I am constantly logging into OSX 12.3.1 and before with no connected devices and have to turn off my MX 3 mouse and turn back on to "connect"

Awful. I'm done.
Whatever happened between new Logitech updates and Mac OS updates, this mouse has become a piece of junk that sits on my desk now. NONE of the buttons work. Ive never been so frustrated!!
