트레이 아이콘 설정 기능, 자동실행 설정 기능
안녕하세요. 키보드/마우스와 logi options+를 잘 사용중입니다.
다만 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있어서 의견드립니다.가끔 logi options+를 한번 실행하기 전까지 커스텀이 먹히지 않는 경우가 있습니다.
예를 들면 크롬 실행 후 사이드키로 '앞으로 가기, 뒤로 가기'가 안되는 현상이 있고, 엑셀에서 가로 휠로 좌우 스크롤을 설정해놨는데 안먹히는 현상이 있습니다.그래서 앱을 닫을 때 트레이 아이콘으로 닫는 설정을 추가해 주시고, 윈도우 실행시에 logi options+ 가 트레이 아이콘으로 자동 실행하게 해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
(또는 윈도우 실행 후에 커스텀이 먹히지 않는 현상을 개선 부탁드립니다.)감사합니다.

High CPU Usage on i5 2019 MacBook Pro
I just updated to version 1.29.6100 and randomly the app will use about 25% of my CPU for some reason. The only thing I have connected to it is a MX Master 3 over the USB dongle. I have a Mid 2019 MacBook Pro with a 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 and 16GB of RAM.

Lagging connection
Since the release it seems the bluetooth connection has been lagging while in use for mouse and keyboard. Keyboard takes a while to get recognized so it starts typing on the ~4th letter, the mouse skips around the screen

Screen Snip unreliable
I have screen snip assigned to the button behind the main scroll wheel. It will work for a while and then it stops working. I need to reboot the laptop to get it working again. This started happening a few weeks ago. Please fix this defect.

Flow with any button or key
I should be able to toggle the flow activation to any key or mouse button. being forced to use CTRL is limiting.

Program needs to be reloaded for program specific profiles.
I use the mx master 3s for work. recently upgraded from an older model. The software will often stop using my program specific macro's. The only fix seems to be to force close logi options and restart the program. I'm not sure if its reverting to the global profile or what but the old version didn't do that.

Sync MX Easy-Switch on keyboard with the mouse
Please have the mouse and keyboard sync with the MX Keys Easy-Switch. Like many others I'm working between a work and personal device and Flow isn't an option due to the software install and networking.

No way to easily PrintScreen
There is not PrintScreen button, and a way to add it to a shortcut (eg Ctrl+PntScr)

MX Master 3 DPI notification and change on the fly
The old logitech options allowed on the fly change of dpi for my mx master 3, it also displayed the sensitivity level when i would press the button (dpi change button). now i have no idea what level i'm on and i have to open the app to modify the dpi. i would greatly apreciate if you could bring back the old sistem that was working.

Recent functionality regressions
Recently, either starting with 1.28 or 1.29, my button assignments do not work at a fresh boot of my mac. I have to open Logi Options+, select a button, change its assignment from my choice to something else and back to my choice for it to work. This applies both to buttons, and to my chosen scroll mode (standard, I hate 'natural' scroll on a mouse). It seems that the mouse just uses defaults until I have re-configured my choices in Options+.

Smartshift settings is reset to off after wake from sleep. This is a $100 mouse. C'mon now.

Please minimise data retention in LogiOptions
There is something very wrong with the amount of data that LogiOptionPlus stores. Most of the 4.7 GB are cache files, which is crazy on my 3-month-since-last-reinstall system.
It's particularly concerning because LogiOption is a sensitive application, with potential access to much private data (and which requires elevated privilege). Data minimisation is apparently not part of your development process. Annoying. Please fix.

Custom buttons in photoshop keep "option" key pressed on the keyboard.
In photoshop the customized buttons on the mouse have a delay that affects the interaction with keyboard.
To replicate photoshop features (eg. Zoom, brush size), the mouse seems like triggering the "option" key on the keyboard. The problem is that it keeps "pressing" the Option key for a split second after the mouse interaction has ended, causing any following button press on the keyboard to be considered by photoshop as a combination of Option + the pressed key.
The workaround is to way a second every time I click a customized button on the mouse before interacting with the keyboard.…

NEW PRODUCTS SHOULD WORK PROPERLY.
I really hate the fact that I'm buying a new product and for some reason I have issues using the official company's software.
Bought a new MX Mechanical and the software requeired me to update the firmware. Of course after waiting 3-4 minutes it got stuck on 99% and at some point said it could not update. the keyboard stopped to work.
A NEW PRODUCT SHOULD NOT DO ANY PROBLEMS, SPECIALLY WHEN YOU USE IT'S SOFTWARE AND ITS RECCOMENDATION.

Desconexão pós repouso Macbook Pro 2016
Aplicativo está desconectando toda hora. Uso o mouse 720 e toda vez que o computador entra em repouso, quando retorna as funções do botão param de funcionar. Acontece o tempo todo. Uso um macbook pro 2016 com macOs monterrey.

BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE
The simple act of getting the mx anywhere 2s mouse to activate for use is not working - launch takes forever with no results. Agent Chat asked for serial no. then responded with I cannot help with that repetitively . taking back, will not recommend except DON'T BUY. DON'T EXPECT HELP
