Stop with the "AI" rubbish
Hi,
I have a DELL Latitude 3520 running Windows 10 Pro, v.22H2
Logi options upgraded itself this morning when I booted the laptop.
However, after logging in, the laptop failed to display the desktop, and just sat in black.
Triggering Task Manager, I could see that the second busiest process was 'Logi AI'. Ending that task immediately displayed the desktop and normal service is resumed.
I have disabled the AI function in Logi options.
Please refrain from enabling that sort of untested **** in updates.1 vote -
Please allow access to older recent versions of Options+
This is in regards to latest Options+ software, version 1.81.613202. My mx master 3s has been experiencing constant stutter and and lag (with both the dongle and via BT) since that update. I know only my mx master 3s is affected because my m720 is working as well as usual. I've since found an installation file for Options+ version 1.44.415778 and my mx master works normally again. Please considering allowing access to other more recent version of Options+. Thanks!

mxkeys 键盘背光功能异常，一直亮着
mac 系统，罗技 mx keys 键盘的背光关不掉。设置中已经设置关闭。打开 Logi Options+软件时才会起作用。不打开 Logi Options+软件时就会一直亮着。

mx anywhere 3切换配对失效的问题
我在使用mx anywhere 3时通常将macbook配对至1号位，其他常用的windows或者ipad os设备配对至2～3号位。最近经常出现切换至2号配对使用一段时间，再切换回1号位的macbook时无法连接，必须移除配对重连的情况。

no device removal
Hello, I have an mx master 3s, and the software which is up to date, there is no remove device on your latest software, so I cant use the other 2 profiles, so all I'm asking for is an unpair option on logi options software

Gestures implementation and QoL feedbaack
i really love the mx master
in the gestures menu, you dont have the exact keyboard short cut, but just "keyboard shortcut". showing of the actual shortcut would configuring them way more pleasantsmart actions can be put on gesture slots (as triggers)
even created smart action slots cant be put on them
gesture gets fully reset if you switch it. make a save option or keep the last preset

Edge Configuration Not Loaded
This is a bug report actually. It seems that application-specific config for the MX Master 3S mouse doesn't properly work in Edge if clicking a link in Excel.
Procedure:
1. Ensure you have a custom Microsoft Edge configuration for your MX Master 3S
2. Open a spreadsheet with a hyperlink in it
3. Click the link
4. Attempt to use the custom action in EdgeExpected outcome:

SmartShift option is not working properly
regarding the SmartShift option is not working properly, as im disabled this option already, but still the spin switch automatically from line-by-line into hyper-fast when i scroll fast, idk if this is a bug or what, need your kind support please.

mx3 mouse
I have the mx3 and the mx3s mice.
the mx3 is poorly supported on options+.
I.E, does not show battery level.
But I can not use options (Unifying) .

Timeout duration
I'm having issues with the backlighting timeout duration. It times out after about 30 seconds no matter what the setting is set to.
Also it seems like some of the keys "fall asleep" while typing, is this a connectivity problem?

Better MacOS testing
My M720 mouse has gone through 3 new batteries in the last 10 days while connected to my iMac. This could be due to a few different things but my money is it's Logitech being stupid again.

Miese Qualität, miese Software
Selten so eine miese Maus wie diese gehabt. Nach Jahrzehnten nur Logitech ist diese mit Sicherheit die letzte von Ihnen. Die Ergonomische Form ist völlig falsch, da man ununterbrochen auf dem Handgelenksknochen auf der Außenseite der Hand liegt. Die Beschichtung der Maus wurde nach drei Tagen gelblich, nach wenigen Wochen beginnt sie sich abzulösen und wird klebrig. Außerdem ist die Maus für feine Arbeiten völlig ungeeignet, sobald man nur feine Bewegungen macht um Details zu zeichnen, schaltet die Maus ab. Um Energie zu sparen oder warum? Erst man man eine größere Bewegung macht wird sie wieder aktiv, völlig vermurkste Firmware...…

Make Ai prompt builder an independent tool
I really want the AI prompt builder to be separated from Logi Option+, as I can choose a fixed position for it on the screen. Currently, the tool will appear where the cursor is, which is definitely not convenient.

MX Vertical Hardware Improvements
Would love to see more MX features brought to the MX Vertical mouse. In particular, the smooth/fast scrolling button, a dedicated horizontal scroll wheel, and the accessory button under the thumb rest.
