Dead after 5 months
I have had my first MX vertical mouse since April 26th of this year. This week the top (left click) button stopped working, requiring multiple presses to work. I used a pressurized air cleaner in case there was dust, and that did not work. I lightly spayed 99% alcohol and no improvement. I bought another at over $90 from Amazon as I like the mouse... a lot... but less than 6 month's service life on the switch is not acceptable.

Why is this piece of **** app I didnt even install sucking up an 25% of my cpu? What exactly does this app do that the previous incarnation couldnt? Except try to push nonsense 'AI' ******** of course. Seriously, stick to trying to sell a subscription mouse.

Unusable when I have two same keyboards
I have two K380 keyboards, but it can only detect one. To use the default function key behaviour whenever I switch keyboards, the only way to make this application work is to deregister current device and register the other device. This application seems to assume everyone has only one keyboard - I regret by two same keyboards now

logi screen is too big
the logi screen has a bigger setting than all my other windows and i can not see all of the info on the screen-- I don't want to have to change the settings just for this app

MX keys backlight custom button options
For MX Keys, add backlight controls as custom keys option. I would like to set custom keys to increase and decrease the backlight, but there are no options to do so.

better user experience for using the chat gpt window macro
Hello, I have a suggestion. Could you modify the macro that opens ChatGPT to display the window in a fixed position rather than at the current location of the mouse cursor? This adjustment would be very beneficial for users, as we could click the macro and then move the cursor to a known location where the window will appear. 具体描述：
1、键盘（MX Mechanical Mini),购入时带有一枚USB接收器。
2、鼠标（MX Master 3s)，购入时带有一枚USB接收器。
3、已将USB接收器1绑定了键盘与鼠标，将USB接收器2绑定了键盘与鼠标。
4、USB接收器1插在Windows PC上，USB接收器2插在Macbook上。

Slow settings applied after sleep awake win11
MX Master Mouse settings take a while to be applied after every **** sleep->awake (win11). WTF is going on regressing something so basic? It used to be instant... there are ****** animations and so many login **** but the basic thing doesn't work
