MX Keys and Mouse simultaneous Easy-Switch
I've bought mx keys. because some ****** decided to put the device switch on the bottom of the mouse.... Why can't you pair the keyboard with the mouse? Why do you despise your customers so much????

Switch mouse and keyboard between devices together using connection buttons on MX Keys
The flow is a wonderful feature to easily switch between devices in just in a few minutes, but it has problems, especially with the mouse. It could take some time to switch to another device, and it could even not work properly or quickly switch. I have sometimes glitched that it stuck on the edge of both screens.
So my suggestion is: could we switch keyboard and mouse together, not moving the cursor between screens to switch, but just pressing device connection buttons on the keyboard. It will switch to another device's keyboard and mouse together. This will be a…

The app keeps loading infinitely (supposedly, after auto-updates are installed)
Sometimes the application stops working and the load indicator just keeps showing on the screen but the application never loads. Quitting the application and reopening it doesn't help. Rebooting Mac does not work as well. The only thing that helps is reinstalling Logi Options+. My suspicion is that it happens after the app automatically updates and something breaks after that.

Devices connection problems
Guys, this application on Mac is ****. All devices disappear every other day and you cant find them, even though they are still connected without reinstall. Option to restore backup for device appears and disappears randomly. All these additions yuu're wasting time on are useless if the app does nto work.

SmartShift breaks connection
SmartShift breaks connection on activation and mouse becomes inactive for 3–5 seconds, and you can see it even in Logi Option+, mouse changes status to "inactive".
Mouse disconnects right in the moment of changing scrolling mode.It's extremely annoying, if mouse disconnects for several seconds in 30% cases when you just try to use free scrolling via SmartShift.
Disabling of SmartShift resolves the issue, but it is just WA, and it's inappropriate for a such class of product
Issue appeared couple months ago.

Custom button mapping reverting to default
Custom button mapping on mouse Logi MX Vertical keeps reverting to default settings. In the Logi+ settings it remains the same as I set it, however the behaviour of the mouse is as if it was set to default (I have one of the "thumb buttons" set to "middle button" however it keeps acting as if it was "Back" button).
I need to go to Logi+, map the buttons to anything else and than map again to what I need it to be. This happens several times a day and becomes very annoying.1 vote -

Adjusting vertical and horizontal DPI's seperetaly and manually
Hello, I have just bought Logi Ergo and I have a question.
My question is that if it is possible to use two different DPI s for vertical movement and horizontal movement. Because vertically, screen is smaller. It seems to me that I can get a lower DPI vertically which will improve my precision. Maybe it is already there automatically, but I would low to get it adjusted manually also.

He adquirido el mouse MX Master 2s entre otras cosas por la rueda de desplazamiento horizontal. En general el mouse funciona bien, pero la rueda en mención no. Falla en varios de los programas en los que necesito del desplazamiento horizontal, como en las hojas de cálculo, DBeaver, cuadros de desplazamiento horizontal en exploradores web, entre otros.

Mouse acceleration settings delay after sleep
everytime I wake my mac from sleep, it takes almost ten seconds for the mouse sensitivty options to take effect. It does this on my old mac AND brand new 16gb ram M1 imac. Please fix this, it is frustrating and should not occur.

M3 Pro MBP
The app has been very unrespponsive as of lately. Had to uninstall the whole program and redownloaded in order to open the app as it stuck on the blank purple page with the loading circle. Normal still works as expected but the programed button on keyboard and scrolling reset so it messed up with my normal work flow. Thanks.
