Change all devices at one key press
Having both the MX Keyboard and the MX Anywhere S2 devices, it would be nice to pair them so that the Easy-switch buttons would change both the keyboard and mouse.
So, if I want to use computer one, I click Easy-switch key one, and both the keyboard and mouse switch to the corresponding setting to work on that computer.I know there's also the Flow option, but it is not always what is needed, and most of all it does not work when using a VPN (which in most cases is required for a work environment).

MX Master 3S shortcuts aren't working on Premiere Pro 2025
Hi,
I have been using MX Master 3S for editing videos on Adobe Premiere Pro. I adjusted the buttons on the mouse for different shortcuts. For example, zoom in in timeline, adding markers ect. When Adobe released their new 2025 version all the shortcuts stopped working. Please update the app so it supports the new version of Premiere Pro

Disable thumb button
My thumb button seems to be stuck in the on state (even though it still clicks). THis has rendered my MX Master mouse completely unusable even when I set it to "do nothing". The mouse pointer will not move on the screen, only execute gestures. I would like to have a way to completely ignore whether that button is pressed or not so that I can disable it and get regular functionality back to my mouse.

鼠标设置的侧按键为复制粘贴，但当打开有道词典软件时，功能失效，每次都要多次按才能实现复制粘贴功能，有道词典的快捷键我已经全部清除问题依然没有解决，请排查一下是什么问题。

Make your software work like it used to
Software doesn't recognise peripheral. GHub is a buggy piece of shite so not a realistic option. Why was the support software so much better 10 years ago? Why are you going backwards?

für Adobe Camera Raw unbrauchbar
Die V1.83.635658 der Logi Options+ für MX Creative Console ist noch sehr buggy.
Die Bedienung von Adobe Camera Raw ist so gut wie unmöglich.
Meine Kritik im Detail:
- Es fehlt ein (haptisches/akustisches) Feedback für die Drehregler
- Die Drehregler sind viel zu grob, selbst in der unempfindlichsten Voreinstellung, Slider werden unkontrolliert bewegt
- Bei selbst erstellten Macros werden Tastenaktionen nicht an Camera Raw übertragen, z.B. "e", um das Edit-Panel zu aktivierenBisher habe ich mit der tourbox gearbeitet, die dagegen viel ausgereifter ist. Mich hat im Wesentlichen das Button-Modul zum Wechsel bewogen, weil die Klartext-Displays mir eingängiger erscheinen als…

Brio 100 not connecting to Windows computer
My Brio 100 camera is not being recognized on an HP Windows laptop; the camera works on a Mac - it has worked historically on my HP laptop. I have checked my Device manager. Am I able to download some drivers?

Smooth scrolling after scroll effect
The smooth scrolling feature still requires some work. I've been using your M702 on my MacBook Air M1 for a couple of months now and I gotta tell you that the moments when I'm scrolling a page and after I stop scrolling, the mouse software scrolls the page a bit back really get my nerve :-)
I mean I understand the concept of smooth scrolling but for me it's unexpected behavior -I need the page to stop scrolling the moment I stop scrolling it with the wheel. Full stop (pun intended).

The New Outlook custom app setup will randomly delete itself and all of the custom shortcuts.
I have an issue when I set up custom shortcuts for the New Outlook, the entire app shortcuts will get deleted from my Logi Options account. I set this up last Thursday and it worked until today where the app is no longer listed within the custom apps I set up. The original Outlook app has always worked and still is listed, but when I try and set up the New Outlook, it gets deleted.

App Crashes Regularly
App regularly closes/crashes while in background, making my mouse buttons follow the system defaults. It's very disruptive to workflow & needs constant monitoring to ensure that my mouse will behave as expected.
Has prevented me from exploring any new or advanced Logi Options features because they will not be reliable1 vote -

Slack compatibility
Environment: macOS. logi options+. logitech mx master 3s.
Logi Options+ "Back" and "Forward" behavior does work well with the Slack macOS app. Logi Options+ map each physical button of "Back" and "Forward" to swipe gestures.
The Slack app does not support swipe gestures for moving back and forth among conversations; it supports keyboard shortcuts and real mouse clicks of back and forward.
Please consider adding an option to turn off the mapping to swipe gestures. Some usecases require real mouse clicks.
