  1. Mouse not consistent in Excel and Edge

    I sent a comment yesterday about the mouse not working reliably in Excel - e.g. horizontal scrolling not working in all sheets.
    Today, no matter what I try, the mouse buttons do not work as allocated in Edge.
    Is it possible to go back to the old version and stop using this version until it works please?

  3. MX Vertical Mouse

    I purchased the MX Vertical Mouse. The price is kind of steep! But I decided to treat myself with something that would help with my arthritis and hand cramping / wrist position when using it with my computer system.

    This mouse far exceeds my expectations of a mouse. Very easy to use, the way it lets my hand and wrist stay in place and the feel are far superior to any mouse that I have ever used!

    get it easier with multi alphabets in the same as in different files - not only in word (on the contrary).
    many so called alphabets (better font sets) in ancient languages

  5. MX Keys to control device switch for MX Master

    Can the MX Master not follow the MX Keys? I find it easier to user the designated keys on the keyboard to switch machines than relying on moving the mouse to the edge or moving the mouse to the edge whilst holding CTRL. It's much quicker to to quickly flick between my two systems.

    Going through the process now. The MX3 for Mac is more capable than what I am using and I would like better instructions on how to get the most from it.

  7. Battery status indicator

    The MX Keys looks and feels like a premium keyboard, but my main complaint is that there is no way to know the actual, real-time battery percentage. I thought the new Options+ software brought this feature to fruition finally, but so far, I discovered that it is not really an improvement from the old Options software. Currently, when you hover over the battery icon, it says, "Battery is full - Connected via USB Receiver". The battery is probably SOMEWHAT full... like maybe 65 - 75%. I haven't charged it in about 2 months or so. I am hoping to see…

  8. K860 Keyboard

    I have the K860 keyboard. Very nice and exactly what I wanted. One of the problems that I have noticed is there seems to be insufficient space between the backspace key and the print screen key also the \ key.

    I like the way the keys movement is extremely smooth and the ergonomic design is very good too!

    The overall design is easy to use and for people such as myself that have arthritis or other hand related health problems the ergonomic design is AWESOME. My hands don't cramp up on me when I use it.

  9. Problemas de conectividad - Freeze

    Hola! Tengo el mx master 3 y mx keys desde hace unos 2 meses aproximadamente y si bien la funcionalidad y ergonomía de los productos son excelentes siempre tengo problemas de conectividad. Tanto el mouse como el teclado se desconectan constantemente o se ralentizan. He probado de todo pero los problemas persisten, hay alguna forma de solucionar estos problemas de conectividad?

    The space of the applications list on the upper right conner could be wider if the window is big enough, so I can see more applications at the same time.

  12. Feedback modal should remember input after losing focus

    Feedback modal loses its input if you click elsewhere and the modal is closed.

    The text in the input should be preserved for the next time the feedback button is pressed (but not yet submitted).

    Ahora las notificaciones de Mayusculas o minusculas son en un tamaño muy pequeño, deberían de adaptarse según la resolución del monitor, tengo una pantalla de 43 pulgadas 4k y anteriormente el tamaño de la pantalla de notificación era ideal, esta vez muy pequeña.

  14. Mode shift + gesture sensitivity too low

    After installing this beta, my custom action on the MX Master 3 mode shift button (hold and pull down) only performs the action once, no matter how much I continue sliding the mouse down while holding. The prior behavior was to continue performing the action, which allowed me to hold the mode shift button and slide down/up to quickly change the volume multiple ticks at a time. Now it requires repeated stops and slides to accomplish the same task (e.g., to change the volume from ~25% to ~50% takes three full slides up my mouse pad while holding the mode…

    Options + absolutely needs FLOW.
    Flow is an absolutely critical feature, and literal deal breaker as I use multiple systems throughout the day.

    Mx Master 3 doesn't show in the app. Had these problems with the old version, mitigated using the Administrator permissions (which is not great anyways)

  19. Boutons modifiables petits sur l'interface

    J'ai le MX Keys et les touches modifiables sont plutôt petites sur l'interface, on ne distingue pas les numéros des touches F pour se repérer facilement, je suis obligée de comparer en regardant le clavier pour être sûre de modifier la bonne touche.

    Peut-être un zoom pour pouvoir mieux distinguer les touches ?
