  1. Preventing sleep

    I've been using Options+ for about a week now and my MacBook no longer goes to sleep on it's own. Any ideas on what's causing that?

    Also, do I need to uninstall the old Options?

  3. Constant Backlight

    I have found that the backlight keeps going out at inopportune times. Also The sensitivity of the backlight coming on is pretty slow sometimes. My suggestion would be to write a program to allow a constant back light if required killing 2 birds with 1 stone

  4. Very poor Beta version of Options

    The beta version of Options just doesn't work.
    For example, the mouse with Edge, the buttons after programming are completely ignored. When first installed, they didn't work, so I reprogrammed them, and they worked for a while - now I can't get them to work at all. Excel - the buttons work on some pages of a spreadsheet but not all.

  5. Mouse disconnecting from Logi Options+

    My MX Master 3 keeps disconnecting from Logi Options+. It is still connected to my Mac (running latest OS 11.4) via Bluetooth, but when I open Logi Options+, it says that the mouse is not connected. Everything is set up correctly in System Preferences and the mouse works perfectly when Logi Options+ can see it. But at random moments, the connection between the mouse and Logi Options+ appears to drop and I am unable to reconnect it without restarting my Mac. This is very frustrating. It just went several days with no drops, then when I was trying to work…

  7. MX Master 3 not detected anymore

    My MX Master 3 is not being detected anymore. Neither by the dongle nor per Bluetooth. A reinstall and restart did not help.
    OS: Windows 10, ver. 20H2

    We have trouble with FLOW. Difficult to connect. I'm using Option Plus.
    I turned off Anti Virus Software but still not connect Flow.

    I think I will pass this mouse away and buy another from other brand if this issue still happens.. I had to restart my laptop every time the issue occurs.

  11. [macOS] MX Master 3 not working sometime... but Options+ and Options

    My MX Master 3 sometime got "Not connected" and the function buttons are not working... I also cannot scroll, only the left/right button works. I turned it off and on, after that, the buttons works but no custom functions, when I open the Logitech Options +, the mouse still "Not connected". The same issue happens with Logitech Options (the old one)

    Flow won't connect. Macbook pro to MacPro.
    On the MacBook Options+ shows flow connected
    While on the MacPro Options+ wont pick up the Macbook Pro

  13. Logitech Flow doesn't work

    Logitech Flow doesn't work (even though similar solutions like Mouse Without Borders from Microsoft does).It cannot find the other computer in the same network, also the firewall allows connections.

  14. Additional mouse shown even if non existing

    I only have one MX Master 3, but Logi Options + shows 2 . One always being disconnected and the other one is the actual mouse I have.

  15. Sortierung der Geräte: Verbundene Geräte zuerst

    Ich habe im Büro als auch im Home-Office jeweils die MX Keys sowie die MX Master 3, also insgesamt 4 Geräte. Bisher werden die Geräte in einer Zeile nebeneinander angezeigt, wodurch nicht alle Geräte auf einmal zu sehen sind. Ich muss nun also immer nach rechts scrollen, um meine MX Keys zu konfigurieren.

    Es wäre praktisch, wenn z. B. die nicht verbundenen Geräte am Ende der Auflistung sind, sodass die verbundenen Geräte direkt sichtbar sind.

  19. Missing things from Regular Options

    I am missing a few features on my MX without the original logitech options installed . Gestures under customize dont have "snap window right and left". I also cant hit the middle click to change between two pointer speeds.
