  1. Keyboard Shortcuts Don't Register

    I can't use custom keyboard shorcuts - if I try to put in ⌘-V only the command shows up and it doesn't work. Similar problem with all other keyboard shortcuts. MX Master 3, Big Sur 11.5.2. Please help.

    Hi, thanks for the improvements and updates UI es perfect, and some issues I had with the previous version were fixed, mostly with the horizontal scroll issues on chrome;

  4. Flow devices management

    Same with the Mx Keys, there should be an option to manage the devices that are configured in the Mx Master. Erase devices or change the order of the devices.

  5. Easy-switch device management

    There should be an option of managing the devices among the easy-switch keys, meaning you could erase a device, or change de order. I see this troublesome because I changed my phone, and it was settled for an an easy-switch key, and now that I do not use that phone, the key is useless.

  6. MX3 not recognized

    I have the MX master 3 mouse and just installed options +. After allowing all the permissions, it's sitting at this screen where it says its detecting my devices but nothing happens. I've tried turning my mouse off and on a couple times but it's still not detected.

  7. Options Plus Preventing Sleep on Mac and Cannot Revert Back to Options

    Options plus is keeping my mac from sleeping correctly. When the display goes off after the sleep timer options reawakens the display. I have isolated this issue to Options plus, as uninstalling it fixes the issue and reinstalling causes the issue

    I am also seeming unable to go back to just using the old Options as I get the message "MX Master 3 Mac is incompatible with Options use Options Plus". This is quite annoying as I am now stuck using this beta software. Can you advise how I can fix this issue, to be able to use the old…

  8. No ability to disable keys in MX Keys Board

    I'm going back to the regular Logitech Options. There is no way to disable keys on my MX Keys keyboard. I don't want Cap Lock or Insert to be active. Options allows this. Options + doesn't. Sorry

  9. Application close button problem

    I am using mx keys. In the application, I press easy-switch button and I saw the options I can switch. However, there is no close button. The pop-up window can be closed when pressed ESC button on my keyboard.

  10. Retroiluminación MX Keys

    Aun no se puede hacer la función de tener siempre encendida la retroiluminación del teclado mx keys, si siquiera con el cable usb conectado. En Reddit es una función que se solicita mucho. Hagan el favor de agregarla ya que no tiene sentido tener el teclado conectado por cable y que se apague la luz.

    Péssimo, ambos computadores conectados ao mouse, ambos na mesma rede wi-fi, ambos com o programa instalado, porém, demora cerca de 10 minutos para que o FLOW reconheça um ao outro. No outro software essa conexão ocorria instantaneamente, mesmo sem a necessidade de abrir o software

  12. connectivity issues.

    First item: when scrolling my MX Master 3 mouse, it looses connectivity via this app. Was working fine prior to install of Logi Options+.
    Second item: only my mouse shows up hear and not my K750 Solar keyboard.

  13. Special keys freezing my computer

    Every time that I use any of the special keys, such as "caps lock", "shift", or any of the functional keys such as volume up, volume down, mute; my computer freezes for a couple of seconds. I am currently the latest version of MacOS BigSur 11.5.1.

  14. Logi Options+ Beta

    This feedback is specifically for the LOGI OPTIONS+ BETA.

    • There's a 1 second delay when using the easy switch from one device to another.

    • When the devices are connected either through bluetooth and USB dongle, the keyboard doesn't recognize it at times even though it's been assigned to the same devices for an extended period of time. The assigned key will blink and after turn the device's bluetooth off then on, it will still have that issue. Firmware is updated.

    • When you do connect a new device, I'd replace the word "Return" with "Enter" since there's no word "Return" on…

  15. Forwards compatibility with LO to O+

    It was disappointing not to be able to import settings from logitech options into the new Options+.
    Two things I had previously but can't access in Options+ :
    1. Edit controls with spotify
    2. Use the thumb gesture button to save files in MS word and excel.

  17. MX Master 3 gets "inactive"

    Hi,
    Sometimes, my MX Master 3 seems to get "inactive" as shown in the attached photo, even though the mouse is active and I'm using it to click and send this feedback right now. All features of the mouse get voided until a restart is made. Feel free to follow up with me over email.

  18. mx master 3 not no longer getting recognised by the options+ app

    the app displays my mx master 3 as inactive even thought it's connected to my macos 11.5.2 and none of the assigned buttons seems to be working...i've tried reinstalling the software as well as repairing my mouse multiple times but in vain

    Sería muy interesante que cuando apagues o suspendas un equipo, tanto el ratón como el teclado salten automáticamente a otro de los equipos configurados si es posible y está encendido.

  20. Option to select device color

    An option to select colors of the devices. I have black keyboard and mouse. But the Options+ is showing the keyboard as Pink/Rose. :)
