  1. マウスの不具合

    以前にもお問い合わせさせていただき、そのときには、様子を見るとして終わった件が、未だに発生してしまいます。
    パソコンのスリープ解除後にマウスの設定がすべてクリアされた状態になってしまいます。マウス自体は、パソコンに繋がっていて、通常に使えるのですが、各ボタンに割り当てた機能やホイールの設定がすべてデフォルト状態になってしまいます。
    その状態になった際は、マウスの再起動をしても直らず、パソコンを再起動するしかありません。
    その状態のときに、LogiOptions+を見ると、マウスの状態が「非アクティブ」と表示されております。
    頻度としましては、1週間に1度ほどです。
    以前の相談事にもお伝えしましたが、購入当初から起きていまして、マウス側の不具合の可能性はなさそうでしょうか？

  2. Probleme mit Tastenkürzel-Belegung

    Das Belegen der Seitentaster & Daumentaste funktioniert in Teils Programmen nicht. (In meinem Architekturprogramm hat es vor dem Wechsel auf Options+ funktioniert.) Ich habe diese 3 Taster mit Tastenkürzeln belegt welche ich sehr häufig brauche (Messen, etc.) .. nun funktioniert es aber leider nicht mehr - es werden immer die globalen Einstellungen "ausgeführt" bei Tastendruck..

  3. Inverting the thumb wheel does not do anything, eg no difference regardless if default or inverted is selected.

    Inverting the thumb wheel in microsoft excel does not do anything, e.g. selecting the invert option does nothing.

  6. Bugs with Options+

    My buttons have stopped working on my MX Master 3. How do I unpair or uninstall because I cannot work without the buttons?!

    This happened after I signed up for the Beta test of Options+

    Please inform the community that this Options+ has this problem to prevent others from having the same problems as I did.

    Please reply to me the steps to overcome this issue. Otherwise I will have to post on websites and forums to try and get some other help from others who are like me

  14. Back button behavior incorrect

    Back Button on MX Master 3 acts as double-click (back action occurs twice). I am using Logi Options+ v0.42.692 on Windows 11 22000.160. When navigating web pages and selecting the back button, the browser will go back two pages. If I manually click the left arrow in the browser, it will go back one page. The behavior is the same if I am using File Explorer. This does not occur on a different PC using the same hardware and OS (linked with Flow). If I reboot, the behavior will return to normal briefly.

  15. "Brush Size" not available for MX Master 3 in Photoshop

    The Thumb Wheel on the MX Master 3 no longer lets me change the brush size in Photoshop. Your older Logitech Options would do that in Photoshop.

  16. custom settings MX Master 3

    I know Windows 11 is beta too... but i have an issue with custom settings.

    After configuring custom settings on my MX Master 3 mouse, if I close the Options window, the settings are no longer active. Only if the application is open or running in the background will the configuration work.

    How do I enable my setting to be active all the time without having to open Options application every time?

  20. Multi keyboard macros

    I miss function to record my keyboard. Not only keyboard shortcut but multi keyboard macros.
    My old gaming logitech mouse can do it. So why not this MX Master 3?
