  3. Gestures not working without opening app

    Whenever I try to use the Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard's gestures they do not work unless I open the Logi options+ app. However, in the previous app the gestures would work without me having to open the app beforehand

  5. Horizontal scroll wheel direction in excel

    Hi. Beta testing Options+. Added Excel application. The horizontal scroll wheel direction is conceptually backwards (at least to me). When you look at the Excel horizontal scroll bar, rolling the wheel counterclockwise should move it in the left direction and rolling the wheel clockwise should move it in the right direction. That's how your eye (well at least mine) sees it on the screen. There should at least be an option to reverse the direction of movement for horizontal scroll wheel.

  6. Horizontal scrolling in SharePoint lists intermittently fails

    Horizontal scrolling intermittently stops working. In SharePoint Online lists, horizontal scrolling is handy because many lists are too wide for the window. But horizontal scrolling often takes a few inputs and then stops working. It's not predictable and I haven't found what reenables the feature; only that it works in a new page load.

  7. Middle button free spin issue

    Hi. Started the Options+ beta. The middle button is confused. In Edge, I set it up to refresh page - it does that. But it also changes the wheel to ratchet from free spin (I don't want that - I always want to keep it on free spin, which is the best part of MX3 and MX2). It also changes the function to universal scroll (not sure where that came from?).

  8. MX3 mouse shows as inactive

    I am using the mouse , but Options + is showing it as inactive. Also is update for the MX keys and MX3 done automatically and is there anyway to force a check using the new software. With the old software it would often tell me there was an update for the mouse , and ask me to wake it , but no matter what I could not get it to recognize the mouse was awake, even though I was using it on the PC.

  9. Hidden Buttom Stops Working

    I've assigned "Mission Control" to the hidden button. It regularly stops working and just shows "alt-tab" feature with list of apps instead of "mission control"

    Mouse settings to be backed up online as i have had to reset up my mouse settings a couple of times. Also when setting up a new device i have also had to reset up the mouse settings.

  14. Flow Connection (detection) failure - previously worked.

    [Issue] -- Cannot connect two adjacent computers using Flow (Regression - this used to work). Computer A - MacBook Air M1 running the latest Monterey beta. Computer B - HP PC running the latest Windows 11 beta. Now - this could be caused by any of those 3! Attempting to set up Flow from Either computer, it doesn't see the other.

    Both computers are on the exact same WiFi network.

  15. Scroll direction error on mac

    The scroll direction doesn't work on mac. If I set to standard, and scroll a safari page that is behind the logitech app, it scrolls in one direction. If I click on safari top put it on top, the scroll direction changes.

  16. Master MX 3 not working properly

    Hi there, I got Master MX 3 and I can't believe how bad it work, need to restart my Mac 3 times and still no working properly, the scroll will stop working, all my buttons pre setting are not working….. terrible, at this point I really regret buying this mouse…. hope you work on it and fix all this problems

  17. Add more work in to the stability of Flow

    Flow is working really badly for me.
    Sometimes it works.
    Sometimes the cursor wont move over to the other screen.
    If I get it to move over, most of the time my MX keys is not getting switched over
