Problem with custom buttons
The setup for the custom buttons sometimes does not work.
If I turn on the Logi app, and then revisit the mouse for example, then it works.
But this is annoying.

LogiOptions+ doesnt show devices
the last update is ******!
it broke the LogiOptions+
i open it and it wont detect my already connected devices through bolt receiver .
it asks me to search new devices. when i close and repoen it multiple times, it works, the devices show and the special controls work again.1 vote -
Option+ Bug - Gesture Button Issue
Before with the old Logitech Option, I can set the gesture button of my mouse to maximize and unmaximize windows. Now with the Logitech Option+, the button can only maximize. I hope it can unmaximize as before.

Bad user experience
Connecting a mouse through the software is the worse experience ever. Why the **** there are 10 inputs needed to connect a mouse ^^

Turn of backlighting on keyboard by adding it as an option for backlighting
Can you please add the "turn OFF" backlighting for the mx mechanical key board when we type Fn + Light Key. The only options are to change the backlighting but most of the time we just want to quickly turn it off, but we have to go to the logi+ application and then turn it off. This would be a well awaited feature. Thank You please.

キーストロークの繰り返しをしていると途中で不要になってもアクションを続けるのが不便。キーストローク等の設定のコピペをさせてほしい。

Link devices
It would be nice if we could link devices. For example, I have linked my MX keys to MX master 3 and when I switch keys to other connection and mouse switches too. Maybe its possible, but then I cant find it.

can't find my camera; old software can
This is not detecting my Logitech C920 camera. The Logitech G Hub has no trouble detecting and accessing the camera. Why can't this find it?

Map function keys to other actions
Enjoying my Pebble Keys 2, but I would find it more useful if the 3 white function keys could be mapped to other actions.
I only need to pair my keyboard with one computer, so those keys are literally wasted in this use case.

Keyboard not listed in My Devices
My Devices does show my Logiteck mouse but it does not show my Keyboard TK820 SN:1428DF00M9J8. The Keyboard does work for basic typing but it seems there might be more options or settings available if it would only show up as one of connected My Devices.

AI is AGAINST COMPANY POLICY!
My company, Amazon Corp, has a policy preventing Third-Party AI applications from being utilized on its servers. I would LOVE to be able to try these new features, but am unable to due to this company policy. Every time anything from Logi pops up re: AI, I get an error message from Amazon IT stating it's a "security risk." Unsure if there's a fix for this or not, but wanted to share this info with Logi in case there's any potential fix on your end. We may not be the ONLY ones experiencing this issue. Get device switch function as a mappable button
It has been years since the MX3 was released and for years people have been asking for the option to allocate the 'change device' button function - very inconveniently located underneath the mouse - to one of the buttons more readily available - like the top button, but this still does not appear to be available.
Why hasn't this been done already!? It is so frustrating having to pick the mouse up and cycle through devices as a two-hand operation, when it could be done with one finger!
