1. stop breaking my previous install

   stop ignoring the fact that i have flagged to NOT "automatically install updates" !!!
   your idiot bloatware tries to do so anyway and invariably breaks a working install, making it unavoidable to manually do an update instead, as repair (of the previous perfectly functional version) is not possible

4. Poor Documentation - intuitiveness

   Your manuals are very limited and poor. Your latest version of 'Options' is not al all intuitive. It just took an hour to find out how to turn off CopsLk Notifications for my M575 Mouse becuse I didn't understand that there were 'Settings' on the 'Home Page'.
   
   I have 6 of your products and had this type of problem with all of them.

6. ‘Smart Actions’ not functioning unless online and logged into Logitech, breaches your contract and establishes the basis for civil action

   The fact that ‘Smart Actions’ only functions if I keep my computer online, connected, and logged in with LogiTech has me reconsidering returning your product and buying anybody else's products.

   The keyboard is practically useless as an everyday peripheral without the ability to customize it; and the security risks of keeping my system's keyboard connected to the internet as a condition of using my computer is the height of stupidity for the 99% of the population that understands that computer threats exist.

   ATTENTION LEGAL: Logitech's false advertising (The package explicitly states: “What you need ... – Internet connection (only for optional software download)”) establishes the basis for the Tort Claim.

   Notice: The requirement to face huge system security risk as an arbitrary demand in order to utilize the product purchased renders LogiTech civilly liable for all damages suffered as a result of the arbitrary and foolish demands of the program.

   The fact that ‘Smart Actions’ only functions if I keep my computer online, connected, and logged in with LogiTech has me reconsidering returning your product and buying anybody else's products.

7. 'Smart Actions' doesn't detect when Ctrl, Alt, or Shift are held down for multiple consecutive key combinations

   There is a bug in "Logi Options+" 1.78.588966 relating to ‘Smart Actions’ where pressing first one key combination (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+‘x’) and then pressing another key combination (e.g. Shift+‘K’) does not detect the "modifier" key (i.e. the "Shift" key) and so it treat it as if only ‘k’ key was pressed (without the "Shift").
   I'm guessing that ‘Smart Actions’ is looking at the keypress events, rather than checking the status of all the "modifier" keys.

   Holding "Shift" and pressing ‘a’, ‘b’, and ‘c' in succession yields "ABC", as one would expect; but where ‘Smart Actions’ are involved, if the "Shift" key isn't pressed and released each time, then the status of the "Shift" key isn't detected except on the first key pressed.

   For example, simple things like using a key combination Ctrl+‘something’ then, still holding the “Ctrl” key down, and then pressing the Right-Arrow “→” to move to the next word doesn't function properly.  The “→” press doesn't detect that the “Ctrl” key is still held down, and so it only moves one spot to the right, rather than to the expected next word.

   已預設簽名檔文字發郵件

   但發現到
   要複製預設簽名檔文章內幾個單詞(英文)
   上測鍵 / 下測鍵已經設定複製 / 貼上功能

   但每次都是按下複製(上鍵)
   在按貼上(下鍵)
   卻貼上的是outlook內設定的簽名檔選擇

   請麻煩確認一下

10. Brak przechodzenia flow klawiatury wraz z myszką samoczynnie

    Witam. Korzystam z klawiatury MX KEYS i myszkę MX Master 3S. Pracuję w ciągu dnia na 2 komputerach, i fajną opcją by była możliwość ustawienia, aby wraz z przejściem myszki na drugi komputer w ramach opcji flow, przechodziła też klawiatura, ponieważ, notorycznie przeskakując myszką na drugi komputer, próbując wpisać coś w czas, piszę w aktywnym oknie na pierwszym komputerze, i muszę ręcznie przełączać na ten komputer, w którym aktualnie jest myszka. Drugą sprawą jest to, że ciągle mam powiadomienie, że backend się wywala i czy chcę połączyć ponownie. Próby połączenia ponownie z backendem powinny wykonywać się same, co kilka sekund, abym nie musiał manualnie wybierać na myszce komputera numer 1 i klikać łączenia z backendem, aby możliwość flow powróciła, bo staje się to bez sensu, bo przyjemność z flow znika.

12. Recent crashing daily using flow.

    as of Aug 2, 2024. on w10 FLOW crashes constantly on W10 machine. It gets stuck on UPDATES it seems as I have to manually kill it and it works fine. It happens now 3-4 times a day after switching pcs through flow. THe other machine is a mac. Like the new features, just hope you don't end up like M$ and break 10 things after fixing 1. Thanks guys.

15. 2 simple things that will make Logi + more user friendly!

    2 requests:
    1) within the app, please have an option to launch program at windows start up. It's lame that I have to manually load the program every time.
    
    2) allow the app to run minimized. I created a shortcut in the startup folder to force launching of logi +. But despite selecting the shortcut option to "run minimized" your app forces launching in regular size window. very annoying.

16. K295について

    しばらくタッチしないでいるとかなり頻繁にK295が接続を失ってキー入力ができなくなります
    またM575を使用するようになってアプリケーションがLogi Options+に強制変更されてから接続されているデバイスとしてK295が一切表示されないのも気持ち悪いです

    My windows laptop recognises my mouse MX Master 3S and keyboard MX Keys S, however Logi Options+ doesn't recognise my keyboard. 😤

19. An "AI prompt builder" seems to have been added to Options+ by mistake.

    Why do I need a f*ing "AI Prompt Builder"? Why is that even a thing!?

    You build and sell computer peripherals. I need my mouse and keyboard to do what mouse and keyboards do. Nothing more or less.

    And the fact that I cannot even get rid of the prompt builder process just ****** me off.

    Just including stupid **** into your products. Just because every other company does that, doesn't mean you also has to do it.
