Do not run updater process continuously
The logioptionsplus_updater.exe keeps running indefinitely, eating RAM and CPU and bloating the system. Please use Windows Task Scheduler to (optionally) check for updates once in a while. Do not run the "updater" process continuously. This software feels so cheap and sketchy due to issues like this. I hate it.

Make the "AI prompts" optional, debloat the app
Please remove the bloatware like those "AI prompts" and stuff. Make it optional, at least. Reduce the memory footprint of the app down to 3MB maximum.

Updater hangs eating CPU and RAM
The "C:\Program Files\LogiOptionsPlus\logioptionsplus_agent.exe" is eating 25GB of RAM now (private bytes). It is running for 2 hours already. This is not just a ****** software. It's just insane.

C:\Program Files\LogiOptionsPlus\logioptionsplus_updater.exe is running for 2.5 hours already. Eating ~9% CPU. A total of 3.62GB written. WTF? Is this an even new level of insanity? Please de-bloat this app down to 3MB total.

k860 Can freeze up right at the worst time
The keyboard keeps freezing up during use with excel. You really should have more information out on the internet on what to do when this happens. It just took me three hours of trial and error to figure out how to get this going again, just tonight. On top of another three hours last night of fighting with using a screen keyboard to type. In the middle of a NASTY divorce and needing to get things done by TONIGHT to get things into my attorney. NOT good timing to have my $110 keyboard freeze up on me! And 24/7 chat…

Redimensionar tela do ChatGPT
A tela de IA não é redimensionável, o que é bem frustrante. na minha tela de 27 polegadas, ela fica minuscula, e fica muito dificil de ler o chatGPT. ainda assim é muito prático ter acesso ao gpt pelo mouse.
minha sugestão é permitir aumentar o tamanho da tela do chatGPT, ou no mínimo, permitir nas configurações opções de outros tamanhos. o tamanho atual é MUITO pequeno.

Options+ Ruins Horizontal Scroll
Why does your software absolutely ruin the horizontal scrolling experience within Microsoft Edge when it's installed. With your software installed, the horizontal scrolling is utter trash. It has this incredibly annoying scrolling momentum that makes it virtually unusable within Edge. I'm literally about to uninstall your software and just use the standard mouse without it because it ruins my experience if I ever have to scroll left or right.

putain vous faites chier de ouf a pas faire un foutu bouton sauvegarder , le truc sauvegarde tout seul des parametres par defaut en ecrasant ma sauvegarde de preferences toiutes les semaine votre appli c est de la merde regler ca au plus vite sinon je developpe moi meme un clone de logi option plus et le le met en open source et vous pourrez dire adieux a vos collecte de données,... ajoutez juste un foutu bouton de sauvegarde manuelle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This device could be 1.5 fingers wider, the increased size placed to the right of the wheel.
i am a pianist, and have made a mold to create this change. The current shape of the mouse creates issues in the 4th finger (of the right hand, right-handed mouse) that causes issues with the Flexor digitorum Profundus muscle, and creates temporary rigidity in the medial portion. I think that at least an extension could be made, similar to what I envisioned, that allows a more healthful use of the hand.

Keyboard and mouse stop working for a second or two several times a day
Several times a day, the mouse and keyboard become "laggy," stop working for a second or two, and then return to working as intended. The keyboard and mouse are connected using the USB stick connector that came with them. They are connected directly to the PC. I am using Windows 10. The mouse and keyboard are configured to connect via Bluetooth to another PC. The laggy experience happens regardless of whether the Bluetooth pc is on or not. I have tried to disable the Bluetooth connection, and the problem persists. Could you please make an update to resolve this?

couple Easy-switch of multiple devices
since is have a MX keys and an MX master 3s and use two PCs simultaneus i would like to change both accessories with the easy-swith buttons of the keyboard.
Logi flow does not work for me since the PCs are not in the same network (one is work VPN).
Additionally the mouse always wants to flow-switch from the work PC (easy-switch #2) to the easy-switch #3 which is my phone and since there is not options+ on it i can not Flow-switch back to the PCs,
