  2. REMOVE AI - Bloatware complaint

    All I want from this app is the ability to map mouse buttons to functions on my computer. I don't want AI bloatware with this software, especially when new directories pop up in my home directory. Please keep it simple!

  3. Where is the screen capture being saved?

    You offer the choice of saving a screen capture using the MX Keys keyboard to either the clipboard or a file. Would you mind telling us where that file is? It is not in the clipboard nor the default Windows download folder.

  4. Problea teclado inactivo

    El teclado entra constantemente en MODO INACTIVO. Cómo puedo hacer para que la retroiluminación permanezca prendida el tiempo que fue configurado en la aplicación. Configuré 3 minutos, y a los 10-15 segundos la retroiluminación se apaga y el teclado pasa automaticamente a MODO INACTIVO, lo que implica además que se pierdan pulsaciones hasta que el teclado "revive". Es realmente incómodo intentar trabajar así. Alguien podría ayudarme?

    zeer tevreden over het toetsenbord ! echter
    de verlichting gaat iedere keer aan zonder dat ik in de buurt kom van het toetsenbord
    ik denk door de bass van mijn speaker set dat de muis iets beweegt en zo doende het licht van het toetsenbord weer aan gaat
    graag optie toevoegen dat alleen bij typen het licht aan gaat

  12. Режим ступенчатой прокрутки на боковом колесике MX Master 3S

    Для мышки MX Master 3S хотелось бы, чтобы боковое колесико тоже имело режим ступенчатого хода.
    Я его использую в Excel для боковой прокрутки и плавный скроллинг не совсем удобен. Было бы удобнее, если бы на одну позицию колёсика, таблица сдвигалась на один столбец.

  13. Для пелеключения Flow добавить возможность назначить любую клавишу самой мышки.

    Добрый день.
    Я думаю было бы удобно, если бы в настройках Flow помимо зажатой Ctrl можно было бы задать одну из кнопок самой мышки.
    Потому что у меня сейчас случилась ситуация.
    Мне нужно скопировать данные с браузера в таблицу. Соответственно в левой половине экрана я расположил браузер, а в правой таблицу. При этом рядом стоит второй ноутбук, с которым настроек Flow. И он был в режиме выбора учетной записи.
    Так вот, конечно я копирую информацию с помощью Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V, но курсор постоянно улетал на второе устройство. Я изменил настройку с подвода к краю на нажатый Ctrl. Но из-за того, что копирование…

    I know you ******** dont read feedback, im gonna tell you this your product dont do very well even after replacement, i cant even work on my mouse 'cause its lagging & there are delays in mx master 3s, you guys charge alot of money still i get this ****, if you people go on like this marks my words this is not be good for the long run and company will be shut down forever.

  20. Easy Switch, press once instead of twice

    MX Ergo easy switch button used to switch immediately on the first press. The MX Ergo S needs 2 presses to switch. The first press lights up and the 2nd press executes the switch.
    The previous version (MX ERGO) experience was much quicker. Please provide an update to let user decide which switch mode they prefer.
