Keep Smart Actions enabled even when logged out
Hey, please keep Smart Actions enabled even when I logged out. I don't know why but at my house, I can NOT login to the app (have to use VPN - I don't know why, ISP doesn't tell me) so it will automatically log my Logi Options+ out, so I lost all my smart actions. This is really embarrasing. Should I uninstall your app and use Karabineer or something instead to get a consistent working functional mouse?

File Transfer via Flow Fails from Windows to macOS – Stuck at .pending
When using the Flow feature between macOS 15.5 and Windows 10, I encountered an issue where copying a file from the Windows PC to the Mac results in a .pending file being created on the macOS side, but the actual file never finishes transferring. This issue does not occur when copying files from macOS to Windows — that direction works as expected.
Both systems are running the latest version of Logi Options+, and I have tried completely reinstalling the software on both devices. The problem persists even after reinstall and system reboots.

update ruined my mouse
you guys ruined my logitech lift mouse with the newest logi options.
now i can't even pair my mouse to use with my macbook through your app and i've lost all previous customisations made...
what an absolute joke of an update, you need to do better than this absolute garbage.

logi app doesnt save settings if minimized
On macOS, it seems that you have to have the logi options app not only open but front and center in order for your mouse settings to work. the second you minimize the app (not close) the setting revert to default. But once you bring the app back on top, the settings continue

K780 Insert Key Not Working - HELP!!!
The insert key on my K780 is not working or if there is a way to make it work, I am at a loss. I have googled it, watched YouTube video, of course checked this software that is supposed to be to setup your keyboard and the instructions for the insert key does not work but then again your instructions are only up to Windows 10 and I am on 11. Poder elegir la IA, no solo chatgpt por defecto en ventana flotante.
Quisiera felicitar a los desarrolladores , la aplicación tiene opciones muy utiles y es facil de utilizar , agrega mucho valor a los productos de logitech. Solo tengo un pequeño comentario que seria util implementar, actualmente la ventana flotante de IA funciona solo con chatgpt, seria bueno si se pudiera cambiar por alguna otra IA, como Gemini por ejemplo.

RING - Delayed Response / Missed Function Entirely
New feature RING is very slow to respond and sometimes entirely miss the action. I have Toggle Play/Pause button and Mute, 60% of the times it works, 40% miss.
Amongst those 60%, it is mostly delayed response to show the ring by approx. 3-5 sec. During 40%, either the function misses or the RING does not show at all.Kindly notice my feedback such that this feature could be improved as it can be better integration for my workflow.

Request: Modifier Layers for Mouse Buttons
I am a long-time MX Master 3s user and I absolutely love the flexibility of Logi Options+.
However, there is one game-changing feature missing: the ability to assign modifier-based layers to mouse buttons, similar to what SteerMouse already offers.Imagine this: every button on the MX Master can perform one action normally. But when combined with modifiers (⌘ Command, ⇧ Shift, ⌥ Option, ^ Control), the number of possibilities explodes exponentially.
• With no modifier → 1× actions
• With Command → 2× actions
• With Shift + Command → 4× actions

SmartActions need to be an option for Gestures. This will allow much greater flexibility with the software. I used to be able to have this feature, but now it is removed

Auto on/off Litra Glow during meetings in Teams, Zoom etc.

I have the same problem except with MS Teams. When I open a different windows during a meeting in Teams the light switches off. That makes the auto on/off useless for professional use.

Settings synced across devices
I have a Macbook with two profiles. I would expect that if I install Option+ and login, my mouse settings would be easily reusable across multiple devices... Now it seems I have to set it up all over again on my second profile.
