    hate your software. All I want is to use two buttons on mouse for copy/paste. Each 3 months I loose all devices from logi+, softwere loads to infinity, have to reintall it and spent 30 minutes by trying to add all my hardware and setup everything from scratch..really ****** off by asll this useless stuff like Ai prompts builder, sales announcements, .. ill i want is tu turn off caps locka and have two butons set to copy/pasta.. the time i spend fixing your soft is wort more then all your products i have combined.

  2. App exposure on custom thumb + left

    Custom gesture on Thumb button + Left doesn't work with App exposure on Safari.
    All other three gesture (up, right, down) works, but not left. Can this be fixed?

    MX master 키보드 마우스 사용 중인데

    맥북, 윈도우 마우스 키보드 연동이 부자연스러워

    키보드 블루투스 바꾸면 마우스도 같이 바꿀 수 있게 할 수 있지 않을까요?

    이유인 즉슨 키보드 마우스 전환이 부드럽지 않고
    가끔 둘 중 하나만 넘어오고

    윈도우에서 맥으로 컨트롤키 누르고 넘기면 컨트롤 키가 계속 눌려있어서 다음 작업 시 컨트롤 여러번 누르는 귀찮음이 있음

    It's not an idea, it about bloatware: I do NOT need AI on my mouse and my keyboard. This, up to the point where I might change vendor (away from Logitech). Please give us a way to disable this AI stuff!

  11. Good product that outdates with system updates

    Getting through firewalls more prohibitive with time. Flow remains an extremely high maintenance benefit, rarely working for extended periods. Great to have though and worth the effort. Can't use it just now though. My IT skills are not enough.
    I suggest the product is fine. concentrate on keeping what it does working. Have the keyboard keep up with the mouse.

    macos 26 Tahoe中，apple移除了控制台这个app（功能），通过spotlight替代了控制台。
    这直接导致Logitech Master 3s鼠标的快捷中控制台快捷键失效，但是同时又无法对app spotlight设置快捷键。请尽快更新，谢谢。

  13. Request for Scroll Settings Support on ERGO M575SP

    Dear Logitech Support,
    I recently purchased the ERGO M575SPd and am using it on macOS (15.4.1) with Logi Options+. However, only the pointer speed setting is available — scroll direction and scroll speed options do not appear.

    Other models in the M575 series seem to support these scroll settings, so I would greatly appreciate it if similar functionality could be made available for the M575SP as well.

    I hope this can be considered for a future update.

  15. デバイス情報の読み込みが終了しない

    社内PCに使用しています。
    使用しているマウスはMX master 3s。
    デバイスペアリング完了後、「デバイス情報を取得しています」の画面から遷移して次の画面に進まない。
    AI関係の機能が実装されてから不調になっているように感じる。

  16. Left mouse button stopped working

    Disappointed with the mouse since my left button is no longer working after ~10 months of use making it very hard for me to continue using this. Be great to understand if this is something you cover under a warranty.

  17. Notionアプリ操作時の不具合

    Notionアプリを開くとLogi Oprtions+のサービスが落ちて、各種ショートカットが使用不可となります。
    再度Logi Options+を開けば問題ないです。
    原因不明のため、できれば改善してほしいです。

  18. maus wird nicht erkannt

    Das Programm hat sich von alleine deinstalliert, bzw war nicht mehr funktionstüchtig, beim erneuten runterladen und installieren hatte ich dann 2 logi options apps,
    2. problem nach einigen wochen musste ich dies erneut mache, nur dass sich logi options meine maus nicht erfasst obwohl sie über bluetooth verbunden ist und funktioniert.

  20. Mouse key binds stop working randomly

    It's very frustrating that I have to launch the logi options+ app every so often just to be able to use my MXmaster3 mouse key binds when they randomly stop working during use.
