I've been using the Logitech 3s for a couple of months, and I've encountered inconsistencies with the Bluetooth connection. The mouse response when clicking often experiences latency.

Die App funktioniert seit Jahren nicht richtig.
Die benutzerdefinierte Tastenzuweisung funktioniert nicht. Erst nach mehrfacher Wiederholung des Tastendrucks.
Auf der Tastatur hab ich die Hibernate-Funktion auf die Lock-Taste gelegt.Das ist so frustrierend.

Keyboard and Mouse frozen when coming out of sleep mode
My computer with Windows 11 is set to go into sleep mode after one hour of inactivity. Sometimes when I return to it and move my mouse to wake it up, both monitors will wake up but my Logitech G915 X keyboard (connected via the lightspeed dongle to USB) and my Logitech MX Master 3S mouse (connected via a unifying receiver to USB) will be frozen and nothing works. Buttons Mapping on Multiple Devices
My recommendation is after setting it up on one PC, the mapping buttons should work on every PC. The current is so annoying that I have to install and set up the same thing on all my PC.

i have to triple click or double click to do one click. It's super annoying. Why does this happen? do your programmers test before releasing updates?

Missing the Cruise up and down options in options+
Please, please, please give me the Cruise Up and Cruise Down options for those two small rectangular buttons on my M575! I had that option with the M570 and am really missing those options. I am seriously regretting upgrading from the M570. I still have that old M570 and am considering going back to it.

Fehler in LogiOptions Plus Excel Com Add In
Liebes Logitech Team,
das Excel COM AddIn "LogiOptionsPlusExcel AddIn" verursacht einen reproduzierbaren Fehler. Wenn ein Word Dokument mit integrierter Excel Tabelle geöffnet wird, kann man dieses nicht bearbeiten. Selbst wenn Excel vorher gestartet wurde, kommt entweder der Fehler "Dieses Objekt wurde mit Excel erstellt, Software ist nicht verfügbar" oder auf Excel Seite kommt ein Fehler "Warte auf DLL ..:"

alle aktueller Patch StatusFehler dürfte schon länger auftauchen. auch mit alten Office Versionen.

650L on bluetooth is often so-so
new dell i7 computer - the M650L - never been outstanding but mostly just fine the last month or so. This machine is back to giving the impression of freezing so jerky movement on bluetooth.

Device config default after hibernation or sleep
When hibernating Windows (and sometimes sleeping for a long time), my mouse sensitivity config is returned to default and opening Logi Options+ fails
I have to go to Task Manager and end the "Logi Options+ Agent", and then click on the backend warning in Logi Options+ to have it start correctly and configure the device

Options+ forcing high-perf GPU active
With one of the recent updates, it appears that Logi Options+ now forces my Mac to keep its discrete high performance graphics chip active, significantly reducing my battery life when used unplugged (and notably away from my Logitech devices.) This means I will be keeping my Logi Options+ disabled until this is fixed.

Stop using cheap microswitch, please use japanese microsswitch, it would last longer and doesn't have double click issue. People are getting smarter and would stop using your products all together, i know i won't using your product anymore

Computer sleep breaks settings
Putting the computer to sleep often makes settings not work. For example, if you set the mouse wheel to inverted scrolling, after putting the computer to sleep the scrolling will revert to normal. For keyboard, setting application specific keyboard shortcuts will no longer work after putting the computer to sleep. It's so inconsistent that I've started using Microsoft Powertoys to manage keyboard shortcuts instead of Logi Options.

Disable thumb button
My thumb button seems to be stuck in the on state (even though it still clicks). THis has rendered my MX Master mouse completely unusable even when I set it to "do nothing". The mouse pointer will not move on the screen, only execute gestures. I would like to have a way to completely ignore whether that button is pressed or not so that I can disable it and get regular functionality back to my mouse.

Brightness keys don't send DDC commands to the monitor
The brightness keys on the keyboard don't change the brightness of my monitor. I know for certain that the monitor supports DDC/CI protocol, because I am able to control its brightness through other third-party software. It seems that Logi Options does not attempt to use this protocol, which is a shame, cause this is a pretty standard setup for a desktop PC...
