l've got an issue with the ball..it keeps stopping when I'm using it I've cleaned it many times but it just stops rolling..had this one for a few months..love the last one l had for years

SLows my machine down
Why does your program interfere with my system shutdown? I don't like that I must have it running to control the mouse. Why not just interface it with windows like it used to be and allow windows to control the mouse functions?

Easy Switch button on top
I suggest adding the Easy Switch setting for the Logi MX Master 3S to the front buttons.

% battery level displayed on taskbar and warning when level gets too low.
It would be useful if the % of battery charge remaining was displayed somewhere and if we could get a pop up warning when the battery level remaining reaches a preset level so we know we need to charge our devices before they randomly stop working.

customize a device's picture (color, or full custom)
Would it be possible to change the color of my device ? For instance the M240 mouse is always shown in its black version, I happen to use a black and a pink one.
If embedding all possible colors of every possible device, being able to upload a picture for my device would work as well.1 vote -
Backlight notification pops up
Add an option to enable or disable the backlight notification. Currently, there is a bug where the backlight notification pops up every 1–2 minutes on a Logi Keys S keyboard.

MX Master 3s custom settings failing and returning to default
My Logitech MX Master 3S keeps on returning to the default settings, even though I've restored my custom settings on the mouse.
For example, the back and forward button with the thumb by default I've changed to copy and paste, I will go to paste a figure online and it will then go to the previous web page.

Mouse button mapping with modifier keys not working in macOS
Mouse button remapping was working fine on macOS in previous versions, but any mapping that involves modifier keys i.e. Ctrl, Alt, Shift, no longer works properly. Restarting the computer helps, but it would stop working again after a while. I hope this can be fixed, because it's an important feature I use at work. This is on macOS 15.2 Sequoia.

Finer brightness control for the MX Creative Keypad
There is no shortcut / action to set the brightness of the MX Creative Keypad below 10%.
The lowest visibly setting 10% is too bright in the dark. If I lower the brightness another 10% the display is off.
I like to have a shortcut / action for a custom brightness, i.e. 3%. Or additional +/- 1% shortcuts.

Calculator app doesn't on top of other windows
When pressing the calculator button on the MX keys S keyboard, the calculator app should be the window on top when it opens so that you can start doing calculations without having to first click on the window with your mouse, this is quite frustrating otherwise.

Only MX Brio; NOT Logitech wireless keyboard or Mouse
My less than 1 year old MX Brio loses video connection day by day far too often. I use it daily in the morning and at least weekly it loses connection. I also have a Logitech mouse and wireless keyboard, all three of which I can see using Logi Options, but only the MX Brio loses connection with this frequency. It's not my conneciton, bluetooth, wireless or anything else because the other Logitech products NEVER do the same. What's gping on?

Battery Level
Would be nice to have a battery percentage level icon on the taskbar. Seeing "Level is Good" by opening the Logi App is not very helpful. I often have my battery die and get no notification even though I have that feature turned on in the App.
