1. Suggestion for more technical information about camera

   I would love to have more technical details on the Brio camera, IE what resolution it's capturing at etc. This way if I have an issue with a cable or adapter that is lowering the quality of the camera I can detect it.

5. Logi+ stops my Bluetooth drivers

   Every time I try to update the Firmware on my MX keys mini, the app stops my bluetooth drivers entirely and I have to struggle with my bluetooth for the next 2 hours and restart my pc over and over until my bluetooth works again. This only happens when I am trying to update the firmware via bluetooth. Please make a way so it can update via USB C.

   I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my feedback and a suggestion for improving Logitech keyboards, particularly the MK850 and other models with multi-device functionality.

   As a long-time user of Logitech products, I truly appreciate the innovation and design excellence you bring to your devices. The MK850’s ability to switch seamlessly between multiple devices via Bluetooth is a great feature. However, I have observed that many employers do not permit the installation of external software on work computers, which limits the functionality of the current True Combo feature. Without the software, users must switch between devices for both the keyboard and mouse separately, which can be cumbersome.

   To address this challenge and enhance user experience, I propose two enhancements for future Logitech keyboards:

   1. Integration of a Touchpad Above the Arrow Key Area Adding a small touchpad to the keyboard would provide a unified solution for cursor control without requiring a separate mouse.

   Benefits of a Built-In Touchpad:
   Unified Multi-Device Switching: A built-in touchpad would allow users to switch between devices as a single unit, eliminating the need for a mouse in environments where software cannot be installed.
   Space-Saving and Portable: The integrated touchpad ensures a compact design, perfect for tight workspaces or portable setups.
   Accessibility: It offers a convenient alternative for users who cannot use a mouse or prefer touch-based navigation.
   2. Enhancement of the True Combo Feature
   Expanding the functionality of the True Combo feature to work natively, without requiring additional software installation, would be highly beneficial. This improvement would ensure that both the keyboard and mouse can switch between devices as one unit, even in restricted environments such as workplaces where software installation is prohibited.

   Benefits of Software-Free True Combo:
   Broader Compatibility: Users could fully utilize multi-device switching in workplace environments without relying on software.
   Improved Workflow: Switching both the keyboard and mouse together simplifies transitions between devices and saves time.
   User Convenience: Eliminates the need for complex setup processes, making the feature accessible to all users.
   By incorporating these enhancements, Logitech would further solidify its position as a leader in creating user-friendly, innovative products that cater to the needs of professionals in diverse work environments.

11. MX Keys Mini add 2.4Ghz adapter please

    Would like to see the MX Keys Mini Minimalist come with a 2.4Ghz adapter. With Windows you can not wake the computer from Sleep or Hibernate with a bluetooth connected keyboard or mouse, only with a 2.4Ghz adapter can it be woken. Thank you.

14. Logi Options use too much resources

    Logi Options ver.185.655119.
    The application has lots of cool features. However, It uses too way much resources. There has been lots of users reporting the same problem over the internet as well. I my mac, It uses more than 650MB RAM with more than 200 threads with 12 sub apps from Logitech while running the Logi Options app. This is not acceptable. I have to remove the app again and return the keyboard. Logitech should have better QAQC for this software or will loose lots of customers' love and support.

15. Notifications improvement with the Logi Options Plus app.

    Would it be possible to separate the Caps Lock and Function Lock notifications? I don't want notifications for Caps Lock, but I do want them for Function Lock, and it's quite annoying that they both get triggered by the same thing. That would be really helpful. Thank you.

16. logitech hates their keyboards

    i am using 2 unifying devices a mouse (M705) and keyboard (K520). Why does Logi Options+ only give me options for mouse and never show anything about the keyboard I can not even reinstall it i can not delete it it can not be found. but if i install unifying software it is there but after running it once it updates to logi options+ and then back to square 1 no keyboard. what is the problem with showing a keyboard and any options like the mouse. is there a fear that the keyboard is going to create a nightmare for logitech?

17. Options+ resets sometimes (after automatic updates?)

    I use the two buttons on the side of my mouse regularly for copy/paste. However, often the settings are reset automatically. Which is quite a bad user experience (I navigate away from content that I want top copy!!). I think this happens after Logitech Options+ automatically updated itself. Although I get no indication that Options+ had updated. When this happens and I start Options+ I need to again confirm that I do not want to share my data to improve the product, and I need to configure my preferences all over again. So my guess is, that automatic software updates of Options+ are the trigger, but in any case, i don't do anything special to cause it. Either way, I hope this gets fixed

    i just bought a new product from Logitech however the serial number on box seems to differ to the serial number that appear under Logi Options+. Will it impact my warranty'?
