2. バックライト設定機能が使えない

   macbook(M1)モデルにおいて、MxKeys miniのバックライト設定機能が使えません。バックライト設定を選択すると、アプリケーション画面が真っ黒になり、動作不能となります。再インストール、MacBook自体の再起動を試しましたが変わりません。使えるようにアップデートを図っていただきたいです。

3. Bluetooth & Lag Problems

   Logi MX Master 3S drops out a lot and has lots of lag in Windows 10 and 11 c can you make a update to fix this Bluetooth and lag and improve this Bluetoth and lag problems with windows 11 onwards now and in the new version of MX Master 3S

4. Be a responsible enterprise/business...

   Further to my feedback (from couple of days ago) regarding a charging cable being included with every cordless device that you sell.
   We bought 3 cordless mouse(s), we ended up with 3 cables... Now, my wife bought a cordless keyboard of yours that comes with a charging cable that is identical to the ones that came with the mouse(s). So now we have 4 identical charging cables in our house... REDICULAS....

   You MUST change your approach and not sell them together. As I have stated before, it is a win-win solution. You can offer your product at a lower price point by selling the items separately, (make it more attractive to a wider range of buyers), and at the same time reduce electronic waste.
   (FYI, from Google:
   "Most major cell phone brands like Apple and Samsung no longer sell their phones with chargers included in the box as part of an effort to reduce electronic waste; you will need to purchase a charger separately when buying a new phone").
   Come on guys, you can do better...
   And also, it is time to catch-up with the others...

5. Fix your software

   This is so frustrating, nothing I do will allow me to access my MX3 to change the buttons. I read online that this is happening to hundreds of your customers. Everything worked fine then you updated and now nothing works. Do you guys reimburse those who buy your products and can not use due to your faulty software? These mouses are not cheap

6. Временной период отключения подсветки клавиатуры

   Здравствуйте! Добавьте возможность автоматического выключения подсветки клавиатуры в определенный интервал времени.
   Например, я работал вечером с подсветкой, потом пошел спать. Проснулся, а подсветка у клавиатуры активирована. Можно добавить функционал, где, к примеру, с 8:00 до 16:00 подсветка будет всегда отключена.
   Это позволит сохранить время жизни батареи и добавит большее удобство использования.

8. Logi Option软件有Bug

   用户体验极差，就在刚才logi option死活打不开，我卸载后重新下载，可以打开了，但是我之前的配置全没了，我在设置中看到了自动备份是默认打开的，我之前也从未管过这个按钮，按道理说之前每次都有备份，但是现在的备份显示是几分钟前的，所以现在等同于是直接给我恢复出厂设置了，现在鼠标超级难用，我当时花了很久搞的自定义设置。。。就因为软件层面的bug给我整自闭了

12. MX Anywhere 3S lag

    Καλησπέρα σας,
    Έχω το MX Anywhere 3S περιπου 2 μηνες. Συνδεδεμενο και με macbook αλλα και windows. Ενω ηταν ολα οκ , στα windows το ποντικη εχει τρομερο lag ενω δεν ηταν ποτε ετσι. Στο macbook εξακολουθει να ειναι τελειο. Η συνδεση και στα 2 ειναι μέσω bluetooth. Ευχαριστώ

14. Charge power, status and estimate

    I'm calling this a bug because it's too stupid have been actively discarded. At least that is what it looks like.

    1. "Battery power low". Ok, but it doesn't tell me how low. Or a rough estimate on how long of a charge is left.
    2. Charging. Ok, but it doesn't give me an estimate on when it might be finished.
    3. It doesn't tell me what percentage is charged. It doesn't make any sense at all. Perhaps I know that I can go the rest of the day on N %? If I'm away I might at least now I'll make it until I can charge it?

    Leider ist es sehr ärgerlich, dass options+ sich nicht minimiert öffnen lässt und auch nicht minimieren lässt. Es nervt. Ich überlege es wieder zu deinstallieren

18. Logi Options + requires reinstall each time Macbook restarts

    Logi Options + requires that I uninstall and reinstall it every time my Macbook restarts. It's very inconvenient, and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

    I have a white MX5 Mac Keyboard where in
    the Settings can I find he Backlight Switch?

    And my MX5 white Mac keyboard is visible in Logi options+. but not visible or paired with Logi options.
