po aktualizacji ustawienia zostały wykasowane. Nie ma też kopii zapasowej. Po co w takim razie zapisywanie ustawień oraz kopia w chmurze, skoro program po zaktualizowaniu do nowszej wersji nie potrafi zachować tych ustawień?

Add Midi CC as a system action
Please add MIDI command support! This will go a LONG way towards MIDI CC and control surface support in a wide variety of audio/video applications! Specifically, I would like to use MIDI CC for Logic Pro, but this translates to Pro Tools, Media Composer, Cubase, etc.

Perdida o sobreescritura de la copia de seguridad
De la nada. Mi MX3 perdió la personalización de los botones, me percato que mi sesión Logi Options+ no está iniciada. Me voy al apartado de copia de seguridad para restablecer mi configuración personalizada y resulta que la ultima copia se hizo minutos antes y copiando la configuración de fabrica... ¡Genios!... Ahora tengo que configurar una vez más todos los botones.

Horizontal scroll default
Horizontal scroll direction default is not logical! Fine, you can change in the logitech software but if company device you are not allowed to download the software to change this and are stuck with a very illogical horizontal scroll default. Please fix default direction or allow to change another way!?

Backend connection problem
Dear,
The latest update of the Logi Option PLUS software has a problem … once installed, it says it has a “backend connection problem” and whatever I try, it refuses to open … When I revert back to the previous version (by restoring the previous versions of the Logi Oprions Folders), it starts up and works normally.
Maybe a good idea to alert users on this issue and maybe provide a new update in which this issue is fixed … ?

在logi option+軟體中，我無法透過指定「zoom in」或「zoom out」的功能在特定的自訂動作按鍵上。唯獨能夠使用zoom in/out，是只能透過指定「zoom/rotate」的手勢才能成功zoom in and zoom out。

希望 Flow 可以支持同步锁屏的功能。

希望Smart action可以一次性全部导出所有action，导入时也可以全部导入。因为windows更新后快捷键经常会丢失，已经发生过两次了

K400+ scroll speed far too high
Holy moly the 400 plus scrolls WAY, WAY too fast, even with the scroll speed set to the minimum, this is documented all over online forums, please somebody actually test this, the scroll is completely unusable in its current state for the K400+

keyboard disconnects too often
using the USB dongle, the keyboard disconnects too often. For the costs of this keyboard/mouse combo, I believe it should perform better.

Excel Copy (CTRL+C) Error
Due to Option+ working in the background, it is causing the error in MS Excel when using the command CTRL+C. The Error is "We could not copy the content to the Clipboard, it is in use by another Application."

ignore win10 while keep connecting mac
I used to connect both win10 and mac. It ignored win10 and keep connecting with mac just now, which cause inconvenience.

Custom Features not working
I love using this product but I noticed after a while some of the custom tools that I created for the mouse are not working such as the button your thumb rests on the left side I made that button when I push it to screen capture which I use a lot for school and now it does not work and I am disappointed with that and also that I can't use the same app to see the features and battery life of my keyboard from Logi and Mouse

Poor software for the lift mouse
The customization buttons on my Lift mouse repeatedly stop working after some time. I have to restart the logi options+ app again, and then there is some "backend" problem that keeps recurring. Quite poor experience with such an expensive product. I am using Windows 11 24H2 OS build 26100.3194 and logi options+ version 1.87.684086
