backlighting goes off, and keyboard goes to inactive all the time
The keyboard goes to inactive mode all the time, and it does not keep the backlighting on. Very frustrating, cannot work like this

What? Mouse can't ***** to Keyboard Easy switches? WHAAAAT????
I am very disappointed in that the MX Master 3 cannot be slaved to the MX Keys S Easy Switches. This is the most basic of needs. I searched online and found many other users with the same issue for years. Do better.

very much disappointed with the product i had my replacement just few months ago, because of keyboard malfunction, and now this is the second time that my keyboard is not charging this is also within a year this is so much frustrating and totally waste of that huge money

Bloated software lacks interrogation of device
Having just reinstalled Options on the same computer using the same network with the same USB dongle, I'm disappointed that the install does not see the other two devices my EXPENSIVE MX Keys connects with!

I am so sick of your product development capabilities, you guys never test your **** before shipping.
I configure a button to scroll a video. By default if I hold my right key, it keeps scrolling but with shortcut to right key, I have to keep clicking to scroll!!!1 vote -

Switch all inputs(keyboard and mouse) at one shot.
Hey! I love the ability to switch desktops. I have both the keyboard and mouse. It would be great to be able to use just the keys on the keyboard and switch both keyboard and mouse at one shot. Eg: Use cmd+EasySwitch3 to change both keyboard and mouse to connect to dongle#3. So I don't have to change the mouse separately.

have to relaunch to re-enable custom buttons
sometimes my custom buttons dont come back unless I re-launch the logi app. I find that really super annoying.!

Keyboard follows mouse
I know you have hear this but I will state the obvious, you should have a option for the keyboard to follow the mouse.
If I move the mouse to another device, a second PC, then the keyboard should automatically connect to the device the mouse is at (keyboard follows the mouse). This should be a option that would make your product great.

Action Ring size adjusting
As a user, i would like to be able to adjust the size (appearance) of the "action ring", so that it matches my screen resolution and eye comfort. I have a high resolution due to a big screen, and the action ring appears small and the text is unreadable

Where is the button that identifies all the logitech devices by type and serial number, including the dongle, on my machine? Call it MyStatus or something.

Key remapping lost temporarily
Keyboard key remapping is basically useless. More often than not, remapped keys revert back to its original function, only to go back to remapped mode after a random period of time. It is like the remapping is handled on the Options software side and the service goes to sleep and doesn't wake up on time. How difficult can it be to keep the remapping on the keyboard side. I develop embedded systems professionally, and I can tell you that is not difficult at all.

Fast speed scroll
I need free spin fast scrolling with the MX Vertical mouse like the MX Master 3 has. I returned the MX Vertical mouse because it was missing that feature.
