4. When I press and hold a gestures button, I should be able to temporarily reassign my scroll wheel and perhaps other buttons to other command

   When I press and hold a gestures button, I should be able to temporarily reassign my scroll wheel and perhaps other buttons to other commands (I think Razer has something like this called Hypershift). For example, I want to be able to bind my scroll wheel to volume controls. Also, I should be able to adjust the sensitivity of gestures for things like volume control. So if I have a gesture of pushing my mouse up to boost the volume, I should be able to adjust how sensitive that volume adjustment is. I could probably write an AHK script to do this, but it would be nice if it were supported natively in the logi app.

5. Suggestion for Zooming in/out support

   Currently both side-buttons + scroll wheel = horizontal scrolling, which I think is redundant.

   I think it would be better if "one of them + wheel" is for "Horizontal scrolling" and "the other one + wheel" if for "Zooming in/out"

7. Mac OS Flow Options+ Fix

   On Mac OS, setting the Options+ app to run on startup does not preserve Flow with a Windows computer. However, running the Options+ installer on startup preserves Flow consistently.

8. Animation Issues, Suggestions, and recommendations.

   There are times when pressing a button that the "Press Animation" (Image just getting smaller while pressed) often gets stuck in its "Pressed" position, making the image look smaller than the surrounding buttons, and creating a black border. I thought this was the LCD at first, but when pressing the same button on a different profile (Keypad, if this is not obvious so far), it then resets the "Press Animation". Aesthetically this is annoying, and should be looked into. Loupedeck has no such problem, so I know you all can find a solution. Please keep up with this product, I like it better than Loupedeck, and can see that it has great potential.

   Another thing you should look into is the plugin marketplace. The plugins I tried would not install at all. It was the Clock(AWTRIX3 for Loupedeck that you offer on the marketplace) and the second plugin was Libre Hardware monitoring.

   Furthermore, with the on-screen wheel, you should have an option to default a profile, so when the on-screen wheel comes up again, it snaps to that default profile, instead of staying on the last one. This should be a togglable option.

   Feel free to hire me for more information,. There is much more I could go over.

   I am also a Vegas Pro (Magix) user, and would like to see more support for that. Thank you.

11. I have a Mac Studio and a PC. Both have bolt receivers. Flow works about 10% of the time. Both machines are connected via Ethernet.

17. Logitech Horrible After sales support !!

    Overall my experience with Logitech is a company which claims to be a reputed company but on the name of support its horrible - my unified connector for MX 3 mouse stopped working and when I wanted to buy it I did not get it also the service center refused to giving me support as I bought it from Amazon - this is bad and I am too much frustrated with you guys after buying expensive products this is what I get. Logitech = a money making and horrible company.

    Two things that really suck now: First, the app would not add my MX Keyboard nor the mouse, even after trying to connect them with different unifying receivers, and with the first, or the second or the third pairing buttons.

    Second, is the programming of the keys. the PrintScreen is un-pairable with my favorite screen shot app, "GreenShot", no matter what "SmartActions" I program into the app. This made me so mad at your app and the keyboard itself, that I think it is worthless. A "non-smart" keyboard, basic, no functionality, $5 keyboard would have done what I wanted to do, versus your $200 keyboard and "advanced" and "smart AI" app. Sorry, you did not deliver!

20. FYI

    I have the MX Master 2S
    When using Flow, if I enable the Ctrl option, I can travel only one way. I can't get back over to my home screen unless I first change channels on my mouse. Disabling the Ctrl option eliminates this problem. The channel switching on the mouse happens automatically as I go back and forth.
    GREAT feature. Tell the folks in the white coats "nice work".
