1. keyboard and mouse

   The keyboard does not follow the mouse correctly, even when the tracking feature is turned on. This reduces my productivity when switching between computers. This should be improved... It's annoying that the keyboard stays on the other computer (Logi MX 3s mouse and MX keyboard).

4. Action keys not working

   I'm on Windows 11 (26120.3380) and have New Outlook for windows (1.2025.219.400). I have set up Outlook specific actions (archive & delete) for mouse keys but they do not work.

   포인터 속도 변경 부분에서 easy-switch 변경 으로 할수있어?

11. PtintScreen not working as expected

    The Logitech MX Keys with a scissor mechanism was almost perfect, except for the fact that its body creaked. This was incredibly annoying, considering the cost of the keyboard.

    Recently, I decided to try the 2024 membrane version of the Logitech MX Keys. It doesn't creak, and the keys are quieter, although the typing feel is different, it's still quite decent overall.

    However, whenever I try to take a screenshot, the Windows Snipping Tool is constantly invoked. I use ShareX, and the reaction to PrintScreen is disabled in Windows. This was also disabled during the ShareX installation (the application prompts you to rebind this hotkey to itself), but even though ShareX is set to respond to PrintScreen in its settings, the keyboard's firmware intercepts this action, constantly invoking the Snipping Tool.

    In the Logi Options+ driver, you can rebind the PrintScreen key, but only to a very limited set of actions. There's even a "Screenshot" option, but this binding also invokes the Snipping Tool.

    Meanwhile, the Logitech MX Keys is marketed as a keyboard for professionals, meaning people who use not only basic Windows tools but also more functional alternatives. And yet, here we are with this issue. This is terrible, Logitech!

    Why not just make a good, quality keyboard that lasts, provides a pleasant typing experience, etc., without forcing unchangeable configurations?

12. You're making it worse

    The hardware is great but the software is bad, stop adding AI garbage and other meaningless "upgrades" and make a software that simply lets me write with no lag. I don't need more than a great keyboard and mouse, you already have it, please don't ruin it.

18. Bad support software

    How about software that works. I will probably return my MX Keys because the logi software does not match videos and no method to remap keys exists. All I need is for function keys to be the function keys without holding another button.
