  3. Locking function keys broken

    I can no longer use my function keys as normal function keys and my applications require it. E.g., in my Visual Studio development software, F2 is what I press to see properties. But now, as of an hour ago, it changed the device my keyboard is connected to, and I can no longer see the option you had on your main screen to lock the function keys. I'm stuck. Please fix ASAP

  6. MX Master 1st gen is glitchy on MacOS using this options+

    The first gen of MX Master is very glitchy on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1. The cursor is very jittery, drifting away and the scroll speed sometimes goes down to feel like it's set at 1%. I have to re-connect the mouse to the bluetooth to fix these issues but they appear after a while again...

  7. Bug Causing Logi Options+ To Stop Working After Sleep On macOS

    Logi Options+ has had a bug for a long time (years) on macOS which causes the "Scroll Direction" option to stop working in "Standard" mode after the computer goes to sleep. I've been dealing with this issue on every Mac I've owned for at least the past 5 years.

    I haven't bothered reaching out in awhile about the issue because I wrote a quick UNIX shell script that fixes the issue by killing the logioptionsplus_agent which then restarts automatically and it starts working 5-10 seconds later as desired:

  10. Customized options have delay before working after waking up / unlocking

    When computer is waking up from sleep. It takes 10-20 seconds for the customization options to kick in. I'm trying to switch desktop but this is not working for this time period. There should be no delay after my computer wakes up/unlocks.

  15. MOuse doesn't work. Options= software is useless to fix

    again, another company focused on the AI bandwagon. I have a mouse and USB unifying receiver that doesn't work for some reason. But your software seems to be more concerned with making sure I can build AI prompts or something. SO I have a worthless little mouse from your company, because this software has not place to fix it or give me help on the problem.

  16. combination mouse and keyboard

    I use an MX Master 3S mouse and an MX Keys keyboard. When I use Flow, the mouse switches to the other PC, but the keyboard does not. Can you pair them so that when the mouse switches PCs, the keyboard automatically switches as well?
