  1. App Profile Suggestion

    I'd love to see snip & sketch added as an application profile for the MX mouse. "Snipping Tool" is currently an option, but it is no longer in use since Microsoft introduced "Snip & Sketch". Since there is no way to add it using the "add new application" option, It would be great if you guys would add the option for us! This is something I use a lot when making technical manuals/help guides for our company software and I'd love the ability to have presets for it.

    mx master 3 在mac系统下，使用+版本滚轮连续滚动会出现失效的情况，options要好些不是很明显，如果完全不安装options或者+则完全不会失效

    Hallo Logitech Team,

    Seit kurzer Zeit habe ich für meine Mx Keys for Mac und der zugehörigen Mx Master 3 For Mac die Options+ Beta heruntergeladen.
    Das Design sieht zeitlos und unglaublich schön, clean und modern aus. Alle Funktionen sind leicht zu erreichen und sehr benutzerfreundlich.

    Leider habe ich folgendes Problem:
    Mein Gestenbutton ist auf die Funktionen:
    Desktops wechseln (links, rechts) App Expose und Mission Control eingestellt. Wenn die App geschlossen ist, funktioniert der Gestenschalter und die Vor- Zurücktasten nicht bzw der Gestenschalter mit einer anderen Funktion. Wenn ich die App offen habe funktioniert es aber.

    options+ is not available for windows 7 version that I have. and now i cant use old options on my macos. could you help? i get an error saying mx master 3 is not supported by old options

  13. Easy switch Bluetooth channel mouse and follow MX keyboard

    Hello,

    I only want two things:

    1. Switch Bluetooth channel of the mouse with one of the buttons on the TOP of the device in stead of the bottom??? (WHY can that only be done with a button on the bottom????)...

    2. When I switch my MX keyboard from one device to the other... I want the mouse to automatically follow... no point in only switching the keyboard and not the mouse...

    Was hoping this would be possible in the first place... or at least with the new software... :-(

    All other stuff that is possible is nice.. but really not needed.

  15. MX Anywhere 3 becomes inactive

    My Logitech MX Anyhere 3 always shows as inactive in the Beta Logi Options version 0.42.692. If I power it off and on again it appears as active for a moment and then turns inactive in the app. The mouse itself works fine.

    I've set the side front button (usually used for 'Forward') to 'Open link in new tab' within in Chrome. This doesn't work instead it perform 'Mission control'.

  18. Devices get unrecognized and settings do not work anymore

    It happens every now and then (mostly when the Macbook was locked or in sleep mode) that my mouse and keyboard (MX Master 3 and MX Keys) are no longer recognized correctly by the software.
    In addition, all specific settings, such as key assignments, gestures, etc. no longer work. To fix the problem, the current user has to be logged out and logged in again. A restart also helps.
    The problem also occurs with the old Options software.

  19. Showing charging percentage

    It would be helpful to see the percentage charge that my mouse has.
    Currently my mouse is charging, but it's awkward to use with the charger so it would be handy to know if it has enough charge to get me through the next few hours.
