High CPU Usage even when not in use
Logic+ Options frequently has high CPU usage (2% to 3%) even when unused and in the background. Considering the app is doing very little I would never expect to see it make any impact on CPU usage but frequently it's near the top of the list in Task Manager.

Windows 10: when mouse is idle for few seconds, at next movement mouse seems not connected after shaking it cursor start moving.

Olá. Teria alguma forma de deixar o rolagem do mouse normal. Essa função dele de fica girando por muito tempo pra mim não é útil. Pelo contrário, me atrapalha.

Flow problem
I have two PCs, one with 2 screens and one with one screen. They are running WIN10
and WIN10 respectively. They are both up to date in terms of windows updates and also opti+. Opti is set up to move mouse pointer between screens without Ctrl. Keyboard is set up to follow mouse. Problem: Sometimes I have issues with getting the mouse pointer back from the WIN10 PC to the other. Opposite direction is no problem. Keyboard does not follow mouse each time I chenge PC. Keyboard Shortcut - key order changed
The only keyboard shortcut I set up in the original program didn't work (or stopped working - not sure) with Logi Options+ until I re-entered it in the new program. I noticed that the kays were out of order before the correction. (Windows-Shift-S showed up as Shift-Windows-S before correction.)

Landing Screen after install
On install, the screen cycles through logi devices that aren't mine and the MX Keys was the last one. I'm then left on a screen with the MX Keys in the center and no obvious buttons other than settings and feedback. I went into setting which was an obvious button and didn't find a way to navigate to the MX Keys settings so went back out and moved the mouse around until the MX Keys moved up and down indicating that i might be able to click on it.
I can see how this would work better with multiple devices…

Mouse wheel scrolls large number of lines when logi flow enabled
Using MXMaster mouse with macbook (on bluetooth) and windows (via usb adapter).
Enabled logi flow. In windows, number of lines scrolled by mouse wheel is very high. I cannot reduce it. When logi flow is disabled, issue is gone1 vote -

Mouse Shortcuts broken with lates update
In this version the copy & paste shortcuts no longer work on my mouse - instead of copying it just inputs letter c and instead of pasting it inputs letter v. When I try to set a custom shortcut it won't recognize any letter combination with cmd (only shows up cmd in the custom shortcut box)

Logi Options+ problemi con Excel
Da quando ho fatto l'aggiornamento a Logi Options+ quando navigo nei file Excel con la rotella sul pollice il mouse per l'orientamento. Capitano varie situazioni:
1) non posso più utilizzare la rotella in alto.
2) se clicco su una casella, me ne viene selezionata una diversa
3) mi sparisce il riquadro verde che evidenzia la cella selezionata.
Per sbloccare questa situazione devo ogni volta cliccare sulle barre al lato del foglio per salire e scendere o spostarsi a destra e sinistra.
Questo equivale a non poter utilizzare la rotella laterale, onde evitare di trovarsi nelle situazioni sopra elencate.

Master MX3 stuck on "downloading"
I am unable to access any of the controls for my Master MX3. The page is just stuck on downloading endlessly. Is there any way to reset as my usual shortcuts aren't working.

Region capture not working on MacOS M1
Region screen capture on MacOS does not save. It makes the capture sound, but the image itself does not save. Big Sur 11.6

- 일단 백업 복구 기능이 없어졌는지요?
- 키보드에서 cap lock num lock 등을 사용하지 않게 하는 메뉴가 있는지요?
- 우측상단 옆에(계산기등) 버튼에 단축키는 넣을수가 없는지요?

한영키 한자키 사용 불편
MX KEY 키보드 사용중입니다.
문서작업이 많아 한영키와 한자키를 많이 사용하는데, fn키와 함께 눌러서 사용해야 해서 불편함이 많습니다.
사용후기들을 봐도 같은 불편을 호소하는 사람들이 있습니다.

Mouse Non-Responsive + Inactive every 20 seconds
Device goes sporadicly inactive for 1 second every 20 seconds. Very strange. Mostly affects moue but sometimes keyboard.
