Sauvegarde inutile car automatiquement perdue en cas de problème du logiciel
Bonjour,
Il y a un réel problème avec la sauvegarde automatique de la configuration de la souris. Celle-ci étant activé par défaut, lorsque l'application plante, et qu'elle ne trouve pas la configuration, l'application démarre avec la configuration par défaut ET sauvegarde celle ci en quelques secondes sur le cloud, écrasant ainsi tous les paramètres précédements sauvegarder.Résultat: La fonction de sauvegarde ne sert à rien.
Pouvez-vous proposer une amélioration pour ne pas écraser automatiquement une sauvegarde manuelle svp ?

PRINT SCREEN Button broken
The PRINTSCR button used to work like it always used to. With the current Logi update, it takes full screen shots only. ALT-PRSCN used to take pictures of the active window. It does not matter what you change the settings to, it only takes full screen shot settings. Please fix this ASAP.

That **** changed my screenshot settings from my app to itself without notify, or ask me.

Logi stop forcing shortcut changes through Options+ update
I REALLY don't like it when you change my keyboard shortcuts without telling me. While I appreciate you innovating on Options+, I have my shortcuts set-up for a reason. It took me two weeks to figure out why the print screen button was no longer triggering my Screenshot tool of preference. Plus, the animation that happens seems like a crash is happening. I had to take like 50 screenshots to be able to determine through task manager that it was Options+ that was taking over control. Please don't change things like these without asking, or at least notifying anymore!!

Jo euer Feedback tool ist schlecht. man sieht das ganze fenster nicht beim abstimmen und kann deswgen nicht abstimmen

MX Anywhere 3S line-by-line scrolling
i just got done with chat support on line-by-line scrolling jumping more than a line on my new MX Anywher 3S. support was a waste of my time. person had no idea how to troubleshoot the issue; much less how to resolve it. thankfully, i figuted it out on my own while waiting. the issue was a setting in windows not managed by LogiOptions

마우스 스크롤 동작지연
스크롤을 사용할 때 동작의 지연이 발생하여 매우 불편하다. 지금까지 35년 이상 컴퓨터를 사용하고 있지만 이러한 문제는 처음이다. 다른 로지텍 마우스도 여러가지 사용 해 보았으나 이런 현상은처음이다. 소프트웨어적으로 수정 가능하면 조속히 업데이트 해주기 바랍니다.

Flow Function - ctrl key latch
Flow Function - ctrl key latch: When using flow, which is normally amazing. If you use the ctrl key function, it stays latched on transition and is only released when the ctrl key is pressed again. If you forget this happens it can have a significant affect if you fail to reset it manually pressing the ctrl key like zooming in/out rather than scrolling. This happens consistently and ruins the experience. I would LOVE this to be fixed.

Improve usability for working with keyboard blindely
Logitech MX Keys S keyboard uncomfortable switch from Logitech signature and other keyboards with gaps between Esc and F1, F4 and F5, F8 and F9. While working in applications like programming graphical design, video editing there is a lot of hotkey combinations usage. In such cases hand are not bound to standard position and while pressing some functional keys F1-F12 usually those gaps between functional keys serve as tactile mark for blindly finding the proper key to press. Maybe you could provide some addition to Logitech MX Keys S like adhesive silicon platforms which can be applied to mark gaps…

Adjustable support for Logitech MX keys S to increase height
Logitech MX keys S keyboard. The keyboard is really low profile the keys are really close to table surface. It's not always comfortable to work with it but there is no ability to adjust the supports and rise the keyboard a little bit upper. Maybe some additional device or some improvement in keyboard it self could help. Something like adjustable support for Logitech MX keys S

Extend Easy switch keys functionalities
Keyboard MX Keys S.
Easy switch keys are at the one of the most accessible zones of keyboard.
Print screen functionality is used really often. While switching between devices is not often usable for everyone.
Why not allow reassigning those keys to some usefull functions while allowing easyswitch still work but with combinations. For example Switch 1 - Print Screen, while Fn + Switch 1 will do the switch of devices.1 vote -
Verhaltensänderung ohne Hinweise!
Danke, dass mich eure scheiß Logi Options+ Software viel Zeit gekostet hat, um herauszufinden, dass sie die Belegung der Drucken-Taste kapert. Ich verwende Greenshot für Screenshots und konnte dies nicht mehr nutzen. Eine Info über die Änderung dieser Einstellungen wäre das mindeste gewesen!!!!

Logi AI Prompt Microphone bug
There is a bug in Logi AI Prompt builder. I want to use the AI via voice , hence microphone permission is needed by the application. However the application doesnt request for that permission. I cant find it in the list. I tried to reset the microphone settings but didnt work. We need to see the app in the list (in attachments) and be able to give microphone permisson.

Application Shortcuts Gone After Update
All of my application shortcuts are gone after the latest update, and I don't see an option to restore them. My smart actions are available since I'm logged in, but all of my other customizations are gone.

Restore print screen option for function keys
Logitech's latest update for the MX keyboard removed the optional choice of "print screen" for the function keys. F10 is "prt sc" on my notebook keyboard. I can only now activate the SnagIt software from my notebook keyboard.

Fix the latency issue
Input latency and stuttering using the Logi Bolt reciever is terrible - the mouse skips across the screen constantly. Bluetooth is far better?

shortcut issue
Please give us the ability to turn off the sleep button on the M Keys S for mac. I have the fn button always enabled and happen to put the laptop to sleep frequently since the volume down is only actvated by pushing FN and F12 however FN + the key on the right is sleep
