1. Feature Request: Enable "Key Hold" for Mouse Buttons in Logi Options+

   Dear Logitech Support Team,

   I am a user of the MX Anywhere 2S mouse, and I have assigned the side buttons to emulate the "+" and "-" keys. However, I noticed that when I press and hold these buttons, the software only sends a single keypress instead of continuously sending the key signal as long as the button is held.

   I would like to request a feature in Logi Options+ that allows mouse buttons to hold and repeat key presses when the button is pressed and held, similar to how it works with a physical keyboard. This functionality would greatly improve usability for users who rely on custom key assignments for productivity or other purposes.

4. MX Master 3 Mouse and Logi Options+ Crashes Daily. "Configuring"

   app crashes daily. MX Master 3 Mouse on Windows 11
   it just says "Configuring"
   loose the button maps.
   to fix: i have to End Task all Logitech processes in Task Manager. Restart Logi Options + and it works for a couple of hours.
   Issue for 1 year. multiple updates not resolved issue.
   *no issues with MX Keys

5. Переназначение основных кнопок

   Здравствуйте!
   Я приобрел компьютерную мышь Logitech LIFT Left. У нее функции левой и правой кнопок поменяны местами, но мне была бы удобна стандартная раскладка. В общих настройках можно их переключить, но эта функция переключает их для всех подключенных устройств, что мне не подходит, так как я пользуюсь и другой компьютерной мышью.
   Поэтому прошу добавить функцию назначения действий и для основных кнопок, как это можно сделать в Logitech G Hub.

7. Honest input on Mx Mechanical keyboard

   I recently bought the MX Mechanical keyboard. I feel like I have been jabbed with a cheap knock off with issues from the onset.
   1) The backlight. It turns momentarily if I engage it in the app. Intensity is lousy at best intensity both plugged in or not.
   2) Not backward compatible with unifying receiver Logitechs answer to neverending receivers.
   3) Keyboard doesn't work wired.

   Overall dissappointed, not what I expected from Logitech. Your great claims on battery life don't mean anything to me if I don't have a good product to begin with. Sorry so negative but if I am not honest you can't improve as evidently you don't get real world input from your teams.

8. PAIRING mOUSE & kEYBOARD FOR SWITCHING

   It would very convenient if I could switch computers just using the Keyboard buttons. Pair the mouse to them? using the ctrl key sometimes gets confusing and if I don't use the ctrl key it's too easy to switch by accident.

9. MISSING FUNCTION IN LOGI OPTIONS+

   Dears, the LOGI OPTIONS+ do not support linking of a button to a SPOTLIGHT SEARCH. Why is that? Why would you be taking a step back? Please include that in an update. I find this feature essential - and hope that I am not alone.

10. Äußerst positiv überrascht!

    Ich bin sehr überrascht, wie schnell und einfach das Verbinden und Einrichten funktioniert hat! Gerade weil man da als Mac User schon mal auf das ein oder andere Problem mit der Kompatibilität und den Befehlstasten stößt. Die Haptik der Tastatur ist traumhaft, ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass diese so viel Freude bereitet beim Benutzen. Alles fühlt sich sehr wertig verarbeitet an. Die Maus fühlt sich hingegen manchmal etwas träge an, wenn man sie einige Zeit nicht bewegt hat. Ich habe vorher die Logitech Anywhere 3s verwendet, welche für mich als "daily" allerdings zu klein ist, aber auf Reisen ein gerne verwendetes Accessoire bleibt!

11. Keyboard sleep mode options in the Logi Options+

    Hi, I purchased both the MX Keys wireless key board and the MX master 3S mouse. I like the one USB receiver setup connection. The Logi Options+ app. is great to use and easy to setup both my Keyboard and mouse functions. I have been using an old wired gaming keyboard and wired mouse setup for over 10 years, this upgrade was way pass due and I am glad I went with the wireless setup it is a much cleaner desk setup and less wire clutter on the PC.

    I have a suggestion for the keyboards sleep mode / idle mode when the keyboard isn't in use. When I first type on the keys I notice it has a second or two delay when I first type on the keypad and wanted to suggest to have a setting in the Logi Options+ feature to be able to put a timer to when I want to put the keyboard into sleep mode/idle mode or to turn it off or on whenever I want so I don't have to deal with the lag time when I first press on the keypad to wake up the keyboard. I can deal with a battery power lose if I leave it on it's not a big deal that is why we have chargers for that. It would be great to have those options in the Logi Options+ for the keyboard sleep mode options. I think it would help sell more of this keyboard if this feature was available and the lag in response to waking up will be no longer an issue. Please consider this. Thank you for reading.

12. Conditions for smart actions

    The smart actions are so cool! But it would be more cooler if you can set it to trigger based on the focused app or any other status like a if statement, that way we can trigger multiple action with 1 button depending on what conditions are met

13. Cannot utilize product connect fail again.

    I just bought a new Wave Key Keyboard. Spent hours trying to connect with Logibolt. Downloaded both recommended software. No can do. Second bad experience with your software. It cannot see the keyboard. Followed instructions to the letter. Over and over.

14. zoom using botton and scrolling.

    I have used the M585 mouse model and could set the side button + wheel to zoom in/out. But after installing Logi Options+, I cannot use that. Is there any way to do the same thing?

    Die Maus läuft sehr hakelig, bleibt stehen und läuft dann plötzlich auf eine andere beliebige Stelle. Das hab ich früher nie gehabt.

    Die vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten sind super, allerdings wäre es cool, auch eigene Einstellungen für den Finder wählen zu können. Heißt, dass beispielsweise nur im Finder das seitliche Scrollrad für das horizontale scrollen sorgt

19. Make the keyboard connection more resilient

    I have an M720 mouse and a K780 keyboard. Flow is enabled for both. The keyboard is connected to one computer, in the first (F1) position, and to the other flow-enabled computer in the 3 (F3) position. When I am rebooting the 1st (F1) computer and start that with the keyboard connected to that computer, I am unable to manually change the keyboard connection to the other computer until the first computer has come back online. The mouse can be switched without issue. The mouse and keyboard are both connected to the first computer via Bluetooth. The Mouse is also connected to the second computer by Bluetooth and the keyboard by Logitech Unifying Receiver (because this seems to be the most stable and performant setup for me). I have been able to reconnect the keyboard to the second computer during this blackout period (while the first computer is rebooting, say) by putting the keyboard into pairing mode for the F3 button and repairing it to the other computer, but this is still annoying and should be corrected.

20. button assignment stops working randomly

    button assignments are awful, they constantly stop working, very randomly. I expected this product being out for quite some time and with this price tag, logitech should have fixed it already. But I see comments dating back over a year and none of this has been fixed.
