    100 percent agree.
    I'm an industrial engineer, and I desperately want to switch to the MX Vertical but I can't imagine giving up the features of my MX Master 3.
    To make it simple, take the MX Master 3 features:
    - Two scroll wheels, 1 vertical, 1 horizontal
    - Button to change vertical wheel to smooth scrolling
    - Two or three optional mapping buttons on the side

    Now stand that up exactly like the MX Vertical... Profit.
