   I am seeing the same issue. Logi Options+ 1.30.7349 is consistently using over 100% CPU in macOS 13.1 Ventura on my Intel 2018 13in Mackbook Pro laptop.

   A workaround is to force quit Logi Options+ using Activity Monitor.

   At least once, the app appeared to nearly all the available CPU and crashed the OS.
