Apologize for the trouble, can you please take a sample process of the Options+ and Logi Voice (after closing UI) and the updater process when this issue happens and send it to us please?
Steps to collect sample process for Options+
Step 1: Launch Activity Monitor from /Applications/Utilities folder
-Close the Options Plus UI
-Select Logi Options+ process and click on Sample/Diagnostic Popup Menu button at the top of the Activity Monitor window and click sample process-Save the report
Note: Sometimes Activity Monitor doesn't allow you to take the sample process with the above mentioned steps. If that happens, try the following steps:
Launch Terminal
Check PID of Options+ process from Activity Monitor
Type sudo sample PID [Substitute PID with the actual process ID for Options+ from step 2]
Sample process gets saved to /tmpSteps to collect sample process for Voice
Step 1: Launch Activity Monitor from /Applications/Utilities folder
